-Looks like any normal Civillian except armed, making them dangerous in crowded places not knowing who is a grunt and who is not
-usually just armed with melee weapons,handguns and one handed Submachine guns (Uzi,Mac11 and Scorpion)
-No proper Training
-bad at working together
-NEVER use against Hank, they will only be slaughtered
