First Date- Louis

This one shot is for @jess9797! Thank you for being the first to ask me love, hope you like it! :D Okay here we go, enjoy! 

Jessica's Point Of View 

"Jessica Lynn Payne, you're gonna be late for your date with Lou!" I heard my step- brother, Liam, call from downstairs. "Alright I'm coming!" I shouted back and finished applying the last of my make up. I stood up and took one last look in the mirror, I was wearing dark skinny jeans with my sandy colored sandals, my shirt was a butterfly sleeved neon pink shirt that said "LOVE" across the front. I had my long dark brown hair in a braid off to the side. I smiled at my reflection, shoved my phone in my pocket and raced down the stairs. "Whoa there, you could hurt someone." Liam said while laughing when I almost ran into him. "Sorry Lili! I'm just excited!" I started jumping up and down in my place and smiled widely, he placed his hands on my shoulders and I stopped. He smiled and sighed, "What am I going to do with you?" I shrugged and started to walk around the room, waiting for Louis to come.

After a bit I heard the door bell ring and I sprinted towards it, "I got it! I got it!" I skidded across the floor to the door and when I reached it I took a breath before opening it. "Hey Louis!" I said, he smiled. He was wearing his signature blue stripped shirt, red pants, and red TOMS. But he added a black blazer over it. "Hey Jess! You ready to go?" I nodded and Li came up behind me. "Okay you two, be home by 9:30, don't do anything illegal, don't try anything funny, make sur-" I cut him off with a hug. "I'll be fine Liam. Don't worry." "Yeah mate, I'll make sure to take good care of her. You don't have to worry about a thing!" Louis said and grinned at him. I looked up to Liam and he sighed, "Okay then, I guess you two should go now." He told us and I hugged him once more, he hugged back and kissed the top of my head in that brotherly way. "Make sure you have your phones on!" He called to us when we were at Lou's car. "We will!" We both laugh yelled back. I waved to him and he shut the door. 

We were driving and I asked Louis, "So where are we going?" "That's a secret." He pocked my arm while saying this and I sighed. "But I hate surprises!" He laughed, "That's why this is a surprise!" "Fine." I mumbled but sent a smile his way. We drove for a but longer and ended up at a park, I started to jump up and down in my seat. "Do you like parks?" He asked me and I turned to him, "I friggin' love parks!" I shouted and he let out a laugh while getting out of the car. I went to open my door but h told me not to, I threw my hands in the air but let him be the gentleman I knew he could be. "Why thank you kind sir." I said in a posh accent when he took my hand. "Your welcome ma' dame." He said the same way while holding a finger above his lips to look like a mustache. We laughed and then I looked out at the park, I spotted a playground and smiled. "Last one there's a rotten egg!" He shouted and we took off running. When we got there I jumped onto a swing, there was like no one here so there was no one to call us weird.

He got onto the one beside me and we started to swing. "I won." I said simply looking at my shoes, I heard him gasp. "No I won!" "Yeah right! You just don't want to admit that you were beat by a girl!" I shouted and he gave me a playful glare. "Whatever.." "See I did win! You said whatever! Score one Jessica!" I fist pumped the air and Louis burst out laughing, I joined in and we eventually laughed so hard we were on the ground. When we finally calmed down I sat up and looked at the sunset, it was beautiful. "Wanna go for a walk?" He asked and I nodded, we got up and started to stroll down a pathway. After a while I looked down at my hand to see it was in his, I then realized we had been holding hands for a while. He must have noticed too, because I looked up at him and he blushed. 

We continued to walk hand in hand when I heard the sound of an ice cream cart, we stopped and looked at each other, We were thinking the same thing and ran to the cart. We got what we wanted, he got mint chocolate chip while I went for vanilla and chocolate together, and ate them on a near by hill. "That was some good ice cream." I said when we were done. "Yes it was! One of the best I've had." He commented and we watched as the sun was almost gone and the stars were coming out. "It's so pretty." I breathed out and he nodded, I looked over to him and he was staring at me. "What are you doing?" I asked, he replied with, "Nothing. Just looking at how pretty you are." He must not of realized he said that, he blushed and looked away while stuttering. "Lou it's okay. Thank you though." I smiled at him as I placed my hand on top of his, he grinned at me and we looked into each others eyes. His were so blue, they were beautiful.

I then realized they were getting closer to me, we were leaning in to, to, "Ahhh!" I screamed, I was sprayed with water and it was really cold! "What the?!" He yelled and we stood up realizing they were sprinklers and we were starting to become soaking wet. We laughed and I went to get away from them but he came up behind me and picked me up by the waist, spinning me around. When he set me down he took hold of my hands and looked down, he then examined something on my wrist. "What's that?" He asked and brought it closer to him. "Nothing..." I said innocently but he brushed away the remaining make up I used to cover it up. "Is that a, tattoo?" I nodded and bit my lip unsure of what he thought about it. "Why were you covering it up?" He asked and I sighed. "Because I know you don't like tattoo's, so I tried to cover it..." I said and looked to the ground.

He placed two fingers under my chin and lifted my head to meet his gaze. "So? That doesn't mean you have to cover it up. I don't care if you have one, that's something you got and I respect that." "Really?" I asked, he smiled. "Really.." I grinned at him and said, "Oh, you should probably know then that I've got another one on my ankle that says "Laugh".." "That's a great tattoo! It's always good to laugh!" He said and I giggled and he hugged me tightly. "You don't have to hid who you are Jess, I like you because your you. And having a couple meaningful tattoos is not going to change it." "Thank you Lois." I said and he smiled. I looked up to him and he leaned in again, I did too and soon I felt his soft lips against mine. We were still in the sprinklers soaking wet, but I didn't care.  All I care about right now, is Louis. And a smidgen of getting home on time... 

Well I hope you like it! It may be a bit long, but I was having fun writing it so it kind of got extended haha :D
