Chapter 28

Katy's POV

I arrived at home. It was quiet and it's raining. My mom and dad are excited that we're home. I change my clothes and lay on my bed. It's really sad. That I left jeremy there. I supposed to hanging out with him! And my siblings. This is all my fault. If I can turn back the time, I'll be in Paris.

Suddenly, I got a text from jeremy.
Jeremy: hey

Me: it's raining here☔️

Jeremy: same here. U good?

Me: totally. I'm good

Jeremy: look, I'm sorry before. I didn't mean it. K?

Me: it's not your fault. It's mine. Please don't talk about this. I'd better go to sleep. Goodnight💛

I locked my phone and take a long sigh. Kyle is my best friend and I don't want our relationships aparted. But, he's really mean to me. I gotta fix that later. And then the door opens. It's mom. I turn around and feel like upset.

"Jennette.. Told everything and, I'm sorry" said mom

"It's okay. I feel like I don't need him again" I said

"Well along Jennette told about him, I know he's a great guy. I know he's nice to you, I know it. He's really loyal to you"

"But I left him just like that!" I cried

"I'm sure he always remembers you. The girl who gave him a nice warm love. Anyway, sweet dreams." Mom kisses my forehead.

I turn off the lights and start closing my eyes slowly.

The next day

I woke up. I've heard the birds tweets near my window. I decided to open it. It's cold and I feel like I wanna go outside and play.

Everyone's still asleep. I decided to wake up Billy. He's up and we're going to the park with our bicycle. GUESS! Today's Christmas Day ! I almost forgot. No wonder there's decorations in our house.

I listen songs on my iPhone. I played Nicki Minaj - Beauty and a Beat along the way to the park. We arrived. Lots of people comes here. We parked our bikes and take a walk.

"How was Lusi?" I asked

"How was jeremy?" He asked

"Great" I said

"Cool" he said

"I don't know our relationships are going to be perfect. Maybe he likes some French girls he met the other day and they snuggled behind my back" I smiled but, laugh a bit.

"Noway! He can't speak French! But as far as I know, Lusi can! Little bit!" Said billy

"I can't wait to go to college. I can be free and make my own money"

"What do you want to be?"

"I don't know."

"Maybe if you give me a super super big support, I'll be whatever you want me to be" I hugged him
