STRANGER || Chanjin

Chapter 1.

Sigh...Why is my life like this? I ask myself when I walk on the school's hallway. My day didn't start well. First of all, I didn't wake up to my alarm and because of that, I didn't have time to look for my favourite hoodie. Gladly I wasn't late for school because I always wake up really early. Walking to school sucks. When I finally get to the front of the school I notice that some of the people there are just staring at me... The anxious feeling on my first day in high school and people are already staring at me, nice. I walk into the classroom and sit down. You can do it Hyunjin... it's gonna be okay... I try to tell myself even tho I know it's useless.

I'm the only child in my family. My parents work a lot and mostly they visit home twice a week. People have always made fun of how I look and because of my mole under my eye. Even tho my life doesn't sound that great, everything was okay until I met him. Lee Minho. I remember clearly the day everything went down.

Flashback starts~

It was just a normal Monday. I sat on my seat and waited for the teacher to start the lesson. When the teacher finally came into the class, she had a new student with her.
"Good morning everyone! I'd like to introduce our new student Lee Minho." She said and smiled at everyone. Minho greeted everyone and sat on his seat which was next to me. After our math class, I was just putting my stuff away like always.
"Hey" The new boy said and smiled.

"Hello" I said and smiled back.

After that day we were inseparable. Best friends forever. Or so I thought. Years passed and I could feel us drifting apart. Minho was getting popular around the school. Everyone liked him. He was cool, rebellious and his parents were rich. Why wouldn't people like him?

"Minho what's wrong with you! You shouldn't steal your parents' money for illegal stuff" I say as he looks at me with disgust.

"Why should I listen to you?" Minho asked and crossed his arms.

"Because I am your best friend" I say and look him into his eyes.

Minho's friends and other students start laughing and whispering around us. I start feeling anxious.

"Haha is that loser really Minho's best friend?"

"No way! He just wants Minho's money!"

"He is just saying stuff because he doesn't have a good life like Minho!"

Then Minho and starts laughing.

"That's right! You are not my best friend. Did you really think that i'd be a friend with you weirdo? I tried to be your friend out of pity since your life is SO bad already."

Flashback ends~

The first two classes were already over before I even realised. Since it was a lunch break, I decided to get on the roof of the school. I sat down and leaned on the wall.

"sigh.." I let out a long sigh until I heard someone come through the door. I turned my head and saw a taller blonde male. Suddenly he looked at me. I could feel myself tense up a bit.

"Oh. Hey." He said and smiled.

Once again one of these stupid guys which just smile like idiots and then start bullying me, I thought and looked down without saying anything back. I shouldn't trust people like him..The blond male walked closer but sat down before he reached me. He looked at me and then looked up at the blue sky. I heard him sigh.

"Why are u here?" He asked but didn't move.

"I don't know." I answered.

After that, the awkward silence (hehe...) followed for a while. This is making me anxious...I thought and decided to get back to the class, and gladly the blonde didn't say anything. While I was walking back to the class I saw three guys standing next to the door. I only recognized one. Lee Minho.. The anxiousness kept growing in me. I decided to walk past them and get into class until the raven-haired guy snickered.

"Hey, dude what's up with that ugly mole?" The raven-haired male said and got closer to me. Just ignore it Hyunjin. I said to myself and tried to walk past them until I got pushed on the ground. Gladly I didn't hit the ground with my face because I was able to stop myself from doing that with my arms. Unfortunately, I hurt my left arms wrist. I stood up and looked at them without saying anything.

"Don't u dare ignore me." the raven-haired said and looked at me with a disgusted face. I looked at the two of his friends. A taller guy with orange hair and Minho. I wasn't even surprised that Minho was there. He always hung out with stupid people. I saw that the raven-haired boy was ready to hit me and I was ready to take it until the orange haired guy whispered something to his ear. Suddenly they looked at each other and just walked away without saying anything. It didn't take long until I heard a familiar voice.

"U okay?"

I look up and see the blonde from earlier and decide to ignore his question. What does he want? I ask myself and look at my wrist and wince bc of the pain. Suddenly the blonde grabbed my hand and looked at my wrist.

"We should go to the school nurse. You know where it is?" He said and let go of my hand.

"No" I say and he just nods.

"okay let's go" he said and started walking. For some reason, I decided to follow him...

Heyyy! So I  decided to  try and make a  good story for once but i feel like  this  is just going to be  trash haha. Well anyways i just wanted to say  that this  is actually the first time i publish something so  people pls don't kill me TwT. Also Chan is a  bit taller than Hyunjin in this story.
