The Omega (Camren)

Chapter 10

Camila felt like complete shit today. She didn't get much sleep last night after her fight with Lauren and she could barely keep her eyes open during class.

"Mila are you okay?" Ally asks concerned, noticing the bags under Camila's eyes. "I'm fine Ally." Camila sighs leaning her head on her hands as she tried to listen to her teacher.

"I'll give you something that will wake you up sweetheart." A boy in front winks at Camila and thrusts his hips a bit. Camila was so tired that she didn't even flinch at the boy's comment but she could feel her anger building up inside.

"Um excuse me Jake, I sure hope that you're not talking about that two inch dick inside your pants because that would put any girl to sleep." Ally fires at him, making the embarrassed boy turn around.

"Seriously Mila, what's wrong?" Ally tries again.

"Goddamit Ally I said I'm fine!" Camila snaps causing Ally to flinch and the rest of the class turns to look at them.

"Everything alright Ms Cabello?" Ms Dale asks and Camila can feel heat rushing to her cheeks from everyone staring at her.

"Yes Sorry mam." Camila shrinks a little bit in her seat and Ms Dale nods, telling everyone to turn around.

"I'm sorry for shouting at you like that Ally." Camila apologises and Ally nods her head understandingly. "It's okay Mila."

After class Camila and the other three girl's sat at their regular lunch table but Lauren was no where to be found.

"Have you seen Lauren, Camila?" Dinah asks, assuming that she would know where Lauren is. "No." Camila answers in a small voice and Dinah gives her a weird look but Ally sends sends Dinah a look, telling her to not ask any more questions.

"Found her." Normani says staring at Lauren. The rest of the group turns to see what Normani was staring at.

Lauren walks into the cafeteria with a stoic expression on her face. Her entire outfit was black and she had cut her long black hair to her shoulders. There was also something small shining on her nose

"Is that a nose piercing?" Camila notices.

"What the fuck happened to her overnight?" Dinah asks shocked, watching Lauren walk across the cafeteria without sparing them a glance.

Lauren sat down at a empty lunch table by herself and the group looked at each other confused. But soon a few people started joining Lauren at her lunch table and the people that sat with her, had everyone in the cafeteria bewildered.

Halsey is the first to sit down opposite Lauren, Shay made her way next to Lauren and a couple of other people also joined the table.

"Okay hold up, since when do vampires and werewolves hang together." Dinah scanned the different people sitting with Lauren at the lunch table.

"And it's not just any vampires and werewolves, it's all the popular people." Normani adds on.

"I think you got that wrong Mani, because if it were the popular people, I would be there." Dinah flips her hair and Normani rolls her eyes.

Lauren and her 'new group' laughed and engaged in conversations. The vampires and werewolves seemed to have been getting along.

When lunch was over Lauren got up, greeting her new friends and walked past Camila and the rest of the group.

"Yo Lauren what's up?" Dinah shouted and stood up. Lauren turned to look at them but didn't look at Camila. "Yes Dinah?" Lauren asks calmly.

"Why didn't you sit with us?"

Camila was listening intently but got distracted when she felt s kiss on her cheek and turned to see Shawn smiling at her.

She then peers up at Lauren that was staring at her. "I decided that I needed to make some more friends." Lauren says, looking into Camila's eyes before turning around and walking away.

"Damn what was that about?" Shawn asks, but Camila clenched her jaw. She's not in the mood for Shawn right now.  "None of your business Shawn. God you're so annoying and clingy." Camila says harshly and gets up.

They watched Camila walk out the cafeteria with puzzled expressions on their faces. "I'm sorry but did I wake up in another universe?" Dinah questions, not understanding what was going on with everyone today.

Camila practically ran down the hallway, wanting to get out of this school. "Camilla, where you going sweet cheeks." Austin catcalls when Camila walks past him.

"Shut the fuck up Austin!" Camila growls out and pushes the school doors open and makes her way outside.

"What did you say bitch?" Austin runs outside after Camila. She started running too when she realised Austin was running after her. She didn't get very far because Austin pinned her to the wall where nobody could see them and their wasn't anybody outside either.

Camila felt scared, her heart was beating fast at the feeling of Austin's hand around her neck. "Get off me!" Camila screams, trying to push him away.

"Not so strong now without your girlfriend Lauren?" Austin laughs as his grip tightens around her neck. He pumps out dominating pheromones that made Camila want to gag. "Fuck you're sexy but I have to teach you a lesson about how you should talk to your alphas because Jauregui hasn't taught you yet." Austin growls but now Camila started to feel angry instead of scared when he mentioned Lauren's name.

"Lauren might let you talk like that to her but not me. And I see the way you look at Lauren, but guess what? She would never go for some one like you, because you're a pathetic little omega that needs to be put in her place." Austin laughs and Camila feels something snap inside her.

Her heart starting pumping uncontrollably and her breathing was vigorous. Camila felt herself losing control of her humanity and darkness started to cloud her mind.

She grabs Austin's arm, pulling it away from her neck with ease and twisting it around. The alpha cries out in shock and pain but Camila pulls harder, dislocating his shoulder. Adrenaline was pumping through her veins and she couldn't control herself.

She picked up the boy and threw him across the ground . Her claws and canines were fully extended and she felt the urge to kill someone.

Her eyes fixated on Austin and the boy looked at her with fear and crawled across the ground to get away from the angry girl.

She charged at him, picking him up by his neck and snarls harshly in his face. "Camila please, I'm sorry." He apologises but Camila's grip around his neck tightness, her claws piercing in his skin. Austin stares into her brown eyes that slowly turns completely black. He wiggles trying to escape her iron grip when he sees that there are no emotion behind her eyes.

Camila wanted nothing more than to just rip him to shreds. "Please stop, I'm sorry about what I said about Lauren!" Austin whimpered sobbing, as he felt the oxygen to his lungs run out.

Then something in Camila clicked and she came back to reality, releasing the boy from her grip and he fell to the ground. Austin took a huge gulp of air and Camila stared at him horrified.

"What the fuck are you?" Austin yells, trying to pop his shoulder back into place.

She then fled, leaving the boy on the ground by himself. Her legs moved as fast as could they until she reached the woods. She collapsed on the ground and took deep breaths

She stares at her hands and felt herself start to shake. She was a monster, she almost killed Austin. She knew what she was doing but she had no control over herself.

"Camila." A voice murmurs and she stands up and turns around in fear at the unfamiliar voice.

But she relaxed when she noticed who it was. "Lucy what are you doing here?" Camila asks. This is the first time Camila has spoken to the other omega that went to her school.

"I saw what happened with Austin."

Camila visibly tenses. "I'm sorry I didn't know what-"

"I know, but I can't believe you're actually real." Lucy happily expresses and Camila just stood there, not knowing what to say or what was going on.

"You're going to save us all."
