Hey there! Welcome to this fanfic! Sorry its short but this is just a prolouge really. This takes place in an AU where Dan didnt mean Phil till later. He is 'BROKEN' at this based loosely on the song This Song Saved My Life by Simple Plan. So yeah this isnt going to be the happiest of stories but I hope you stick around!

Dan's P.O.V

The rain danced down my window as I stared at the grey outside.I watched as every drop ran down the window pane before dissapearing completely. I wish sometimes that I could just dissapear. That everything was black and calm. No more pain. I continued to stare as Fall Out Boy blared from my ipod. I looked at the sketch I had drawn in my book. The lost look in the persons eyes matched my own. I drew in the rain,making sure every drop was different. I added a side fringe and a black hoodie before stopping to observe. I made the arms thinner before putting down my pencil. I blew off all the eraser sharperings from the page before grabbing my paints. I coloured the grey of the background in first. Outlining every shape with detail and precision. I swept the brush to create the perfect side fringe before adding a pair of bluey green eyes. I left the skin plain, making them extremely pale. This gave a huge contrast to the ebony black hair and bright blue eyes. This person,whoever I had drawn was beautiful. Amazing even. He was stunning. He looked like some sort of model,only the sad,lost look in his eyes and thin, scarred wrists seperated him from the rest. He was broken. Just like me. I signed the paper before drifting off into an endless sleep.
