The Next Day

Lynn's POV

There were birds chirping outside the window, a soft breeze came through the air and I thought to myself. This is going to be a great day, that was when I opened my eyes to a room I thought only existed in my dream. "Shit, this is all real" I said jumping out of the strange bed. I sax-p6w a glimpse of myself in the mirror and shuddered a little. Great Lynn you haven't been gone a full day and you're in another man's clothes.

I opened the door and walked downstairs, a hint of tea and coffee was in the air and it was quite brilliant honestly. As I was walking down the stairs there was a voice that sounded very familiar, a voice that wasn't too high pitched but it was the voice that reminded me of home. I turned the corner at the bottom of the stairs and it was Amber. "Amber! How did you get here, oh it's so good to see someone from home is stuck in the same situation as me" I said walking towards her. She walked over from the island in the kitchen and gave me a hug and then yelled "WHY THE FUCK ARE WE IN THE 70S, YOU HOE YOU KNOW I COULD BE DRINKING TEA AND CHILLING AT HOME WATCHING NETFLIX RIGHT NOW"

Freddie walked into the kitchen like nothing had happened, "what is Netflix" he asked while pouring a cup of tea. "It's a movie site that has pretty much anything you could think of on it. Oh wait you don't know what a site is do you?" She said turning to face him. "You and your futuristic talk, oh Brian would be thrilled to speak about this more with you but unfortunately we're going to be late for the studio. Come on lovies" He said clapping his hands above his head and walking towards the door. "Oh Lynn you guys are more than welcome to come with us if you'd like just make sure to grab my cup if you are." He said stopping at the front door.

I'm sorry this is so short I just found my laptop charger and wanted to give you guys a bit more to read. I will be writing more tomorrow I promise. It's just Amber (my best friend IRL, yes she's the Amber in the story as well) has been blowing up my texts begging me to finish the story, but I do have exams coming up pretty soon so if I don't write for a little while that's why. Again sorry its been so long since I've written anything I hope you all don't hate me too much. Love you lots - Lindsay xx
