"Welcome to the most awaited first ever World's Journalism Awarding Ceremony—"

I was too focused on listening to every word of the speaker when suddenly coach Ong called my attention.

I wasn't aware that I was trembling with fear and excitement. Fear of making the people disappointed once again. But above all, I was excited as the magical sensation filled my heart, especially since it was one of my dreams. I dream that one day I could be here competing with the world's journalists.

"And the first ever World's Journalist champion is Miss Trixie Racelis Villanueva."

I froze in my seat. 

Is that true?

 Is it me? 

How? 

Why?

I'm speechless. 

I don't know how and what to react. 

What's happening? 

Why is the crowd cheering my name?

"Once again, let's give a round of applause to our World's Journalist champion Miss Trixie Racelis Villanueva!"

It's me! I made it.

"Coach, I made it!"
