Chapter 3 - Happy Ending (ykwim)

S.Coups's POV

(Y/n) ran out as soon as I confessed. I wanted to chase her and comfort but I can't go far from the bed.

"(Y/n)-ah..."

I like her since the first time we met. You could say it's love at first-sight. She's a very good listener. She heard out all my problems I have in mind and suggested me a lot of things. It really helped me. I like her so much. Maybe she was just not used to it.

I got back on the bed not knowing what to do. I tried to sleep but I can't. I can't get her out of my mind. I totally worried about her. 'What if she rejects me? What if she already have a boyfriend? Why haven't I thought of that?'

I closed my eyes and pretended to sleep. Suddenly, I heard the door creaking. Maybe it's the nurse. The footsteps became louder. That person sat on (Y/n)'s favourite chair.

"Seungcheol."

It was (Y/n). She came back. I remained calm and stayed still.

"I'm sorry I ran away." She said as she slowly stroked my hair."Tomorrow, I'll do my best to save you. Wish me luck, okay?" She said cutely.

"Seungcheol, I..... Actually.... I like you too." Lightning stroke me. "So... You need to stay strong and stay. After that, we'll go on a date at the cafe you told me about."

"Promise me?" I opened my eyes.

(Y/n) was so shocked she almost screamed. "Ya!!! Aish this guy.." She holded her urge to hit me. We both laughed.

She smiled at me. "Yeah, I promise." She suddenly gave me a peck of kiss on the cheek. "Rest well."

She left the room leaving me blushing by myself. She absolutely got me there. "That sneaky girl..." I said as I rub at place she kissed me.

*3 weeks after the operation*

(Y/n) rushed out of the hospital and ran to me. She was panting. "I'm sorry I'm late!"

She is wearing a white plain blouse and red checkered knee-length skirt. Her (h/c) hair is tied into a ponytail. She looks so gorgeous.

"For you, I'll wait forever."

"Ew, cheesy." She blushed a bit and rolled her eyes. Then, she looked at me from bottom to top. "Hey, what's with the heavy clothing?"

"Did you forget that your boyfriend is an idol? My fans would dare to kill you to date me, you know?"

"Tell your fans, if they kill me, you are not going to survive in 5 minutes."

"Woah, how come?"

"Cuz I'm your doctor. I'm the only one that can treat you."
