He rushed back to the flame, desperately needing its beautiful light to keep burning.. They shone brightly again, not as much as before, but the small fire tried to stoke her flame with all his might.. He tried to build barricades from the wind, but her flames only burned them down. He tried all he could think of, constantly feeding her fuel. Tirelessly doing his best for that beautiful flame that so selflessly burned brighter and brighter to keep him lit.. Eventually the winds calmed down and she shone brighter than he had ever imagined..
