The rape trial of Kevin feldmen

Chapter one

hi im Kevin Feldman a famous popstar and i have released three studio albums with the latest one being released four days ago. i was filming for my episode of the tonight show starring jimmy fallon. after the show wrapped up and as i was exiting the building two detectives came up to me and said "Kevin Feldman your under arrest for the rape of actress Amanda Dalton you have the right to remain silent anything you say or do can be used against you in the court of law if you cannot afford a lawyer one will be appointed to you do wish to waive these right". I looked back and my agent pulled out his phone and called my lawyer. they put me in the interrogation room and asked me "were you at the party at Rachel Croft's house". "yes i was there" i said. "did you at anytime pull Amanda aside" one of the the detectives asked. before i could answer the question the door opened and my lawyer entered. one of the detectives asked "who are you". "im Edward Nichols im the defense attorney for Kevin" my lawyer said. "Kevin don't say a word" he added. "your client gave Amanda a drink made her drunk and raped her" one of the detectives said. "what evidence suggest that" my lawyer asked.  "his fingerprints on the cup she drank from" one of the detectives said. i whispered in my lawyers ear and he said "my client admits to pouring her a drink but not raping her and this interrogation is over". i got up from my chair and exited the room. when we came outside the press were outside flashing cameras in my face. one of them said "any comment on the fact that the actress Amanda Dalton cries rape". "no comment but you can buy stream and download Kevin's new album" my lawyer said. two days later me and my lawyer met with one of the detectives and the prosecutor. "im sure your well aware that your client raped actress Amanda Dalton" the prosecutor said. "my client gave her that drink because she said she was thirsty" my lawyer said. "well she claims otherwise" the detective said. "she must be lying because my client never had the intent to rape her" my lawyer said. "we'll see you in court" the prosecutor said. "yeah we'll see you" my lawyer said. when we had left to go eat lunch at burger king i all i could think about is what would happen to me. would the jury find me guilty or innocent is everyone gonna look at me different. when walked in some people started swarming around me and my lawyer had to tell them "he's just trying to have lunch maybe after he's finished eating he can take pictures". i looked at the tv and the news was talking about my arrest and updates on my trial. "hi can i have a cheeseburger with lettuce tomato onion and pickles" i asked. "yea sure and your that famous popstar" this woman said. "its me in the flesh"i said. "i want what hes having but no pickles and onions and make both of those combos" my lawyer said. "okay here are your cups and that will be ten fifteen" the woman said. "make those large cups" i said. "ten thirty five" she said. when our food was ready we sat at a table and ate. the next day it was my arraignment. the court clerk read out the criminal offense and indictment."the defendant Kevin Feldmen has been charged with rape" the court clerk said. the judge asked "how do you plea". i said "not guilty". "are the people ready to move forward" the judge asked. "yes your honor we have evidence to present" the prosecutor said. "i'd like to see it" the judge said. "the cup that was found only has Kevin's fingerprints on it which gave the detectives reason to believe that he forced her to drink the alcohol" the prosecutor said. "my client only gave her that drink" my lawyer said. "im going to have to side withe people bail is set at one million dollars" the judge said. the judge hit her gabble and i was put in cuffs. "be gentle i need those hands for strumming my guitar" i said. "you won't be strumming any guitar's if get convicted" the officer said. they took me to a holding cell where i was stuck next to a this man. i asked "what are you on trial for". "i murdered my wife what about you" he said. "im accused of rape" i said. "did you do it" he asked. "i won't tell you that you'll have to see" i said. "hey i just realized you're that popstar" he said. "yeah make sure buy stream and download my new album tidal waves" i said. "i will" he said. the next day my brother came to come get me. "good news you're free to go" the officer said. "i can go just like that" i asked. "yes now go" the officer said. i was greeted by brother when i was exiting the building. "thank you for bailing me out" i said. "are you kidding me that actress who cried rape must be lying because i Know you would never something like that" my brother said. he gave me a hug and drove me back home. "well this your stop" he said. "thanks again and i just hope a jury can see that i would never rape a girl" i said. i got out of the car went inside my home. my fiancee was waiting on me at the door. "Kevin are you okay i heard what happened" she said. "look im fine we'll just have to wait and see at the trial" i said. which is what i had to do wait for the trial.
