I arrived home after the amazing audition. Then I heard a 'ding' from my phone. It was Finn my ex. We broke up months ago because our relationship became toxic. "Hey, I'm sorry about everything that's happened can we please try to talk it out?", he texted. He would always do this. He'd text saying he wanted to get back together then we would. Then, he would become abusive after he bought his beers and I'd have to suffer from his drunken anger. "I told you, Finn... WERE OVER!", I responded. Immediately he responded back, "You're gonna regret that honey ;)", I instantly blocked his number. I heard another 'ding' as I fearfully looked at my phone, but it was just Brendon. "Hey wanna go out for some coffee tomorrow? I like to bond with all my bandmates before tour :)", he said. Yes Brendon, of course, you want to go for coffee, the day before the tour when I should be packing and preparing to tell my parents I will be gone for basically a year. I could imagine him staring at his phone waiting for a response and my heart started to flutter. "Sure where at?", I asked. "Pocono's Cafe in downtown LA :D", he said. I've been there thousands of times and it was interesting that we both seemed to like the same cafe. "As long as I can get a cake pop ;)", I responded jokingly. I prepared my outfit for tomorrow. I know this isn't a date, but any hang out with Brendon Urie should be taken seriously. It was getting late so I went to sleep. When I woke up in the morning I jumped out of bed and got my clothes on. Snapped another pic, posted, and then got mentally ready for our date... I mean hangout! ———————————
