The Zombie Apocalypse

·Prologue·

The sun shown brightly on the Inanimate Insanity grounds. Another beautiful, normal day.

Test Tube was down in her lab, working hard. Around a week ago, Marshmallow had basically come back from disappearing for, like, a year and asked her if there could be a way to bring Bow back. She was up to the challenge, of course. After all, she believed it was possible. The project was now near completion.

She had to retrieve Bow's body. Surprisingly, the explosion had left it mostly intact. Test Tube patched up the rest of the damage and, despite the few tears left, it was usable.

"Alright... Alright... Almost time..." Test Tube mumbled to herself. No distractions. This was it. She was about to break the laws of nature. She put the last part of the concoction into the flask, and there it was.

Filling a syringe with the mixture, Test Tube made her way to the table where Bow lay.

"Finally... This will likely be a scientific breakthrough! A way to revive objects who have died with no other way of coming back! It's wonderful!" She mused, preparing the injection into Bow. This was it. This was it. This was it. It was happening.

But what, exactly, was "it?"

Slowly and carefully, the liquid was injected into Bow. And...

She started moving.

Test Tube stepped back, in marvel of her work, of what she had done. It was amazing.

Wait.

No...

Something wasn't right.

The way she was moving- it wasn't natural.

It was...somewhat animated, but she..

Wasn't herself.

Test Tube got a good look at Bow, and almost threw up in shock. The look in her eyes was blank. Somewhere between life and death. Her mouth was slack, open mindlessly. It wasn't right. At all. She wasn't alive, but she wasn't dead. It was a mistake. This wasn't meant to happen. This wasn't how it was supposed t-

Bow lunged

"Wait, NO!-"

Test Tube's screams filled the lab.

And that was it.

Anyway, this is a zombie apocalypse AU we made together! It will include BFB eventually. (Probably in the next chapter) But yeah, expect death, and maybe gore, and possibly some ships.
