Emberpaw was out hunting with his mentor, Whitespots. His mentor caught 4 mice and 1 rabbit, Emberpaw caught a few mice, and one vole. They were in their way to Dusty Branch, in the middle of their territory, meeting up with the rest if the patrol, Rainheart, Gingertail, Smallpaw,and Doepaw. After a while the rest came and they were on their way back to camp.
"Ugh, no Squirreltail," says Brokentwig. "dont feel the same".
"Why?" Squirreltail wails.
"Whatever, I have no time for this" he says walking off and adds something when he looked over his shoulder.
"When those kits are born, they will never be mine" he says disappearing through the willow covering the entrance to the warriors' den.
Squirreltail just huffs and stomps over into the nursery.
"I don't think I should but I feel bad for Squirreltail" says Doepaw standing beside Emberpaw. He shook his head. There is always a heartbreak or a fight in TwinkleClan. Then there was a lighting strike through the sky, crackling scaringly. Then it strikes the tree by the leader's den.
"RUN!!" screeches Specklestar leaping from his rock. Rushing his Clan away from the starting fires. Emberpaw runs carrying Cloverkit, his kin in his mouth for his aunt, Dustflower. And Doepaw carrying another kit for a Queen. The elders were rushed out first so they won't get hurt.
*Time Skip*
TwinkleClan reached a huge river, very unfamiliar. Then the lighting strikes close to Emberpaw's pelt. He tripped and into the river. He heard his clanmates screeching his name and trying to get him out but no use. He started to be pulled underwater. He felt his pass touch the bottom of the rushing river. He then felt his pelt being pulled up. It was Doepaw! Good thing she has webbed paws atleast. They got on other side of the river. His clanmates watched nervously.
"Are you guys alright?"says Specklestar.
"We're–" Emberpaw was cut off as a huge log was rolling his and Do else's way.
"Get ready to jump it!" says Doepaw determined.
They jumped at the right time. But the log became crooked in the water blocking their way to look at their Clan.
Then the lighting crackled again. And made fire.
"GO, RUN!" he screeched to Doepaw. They ran far from the from the fire, mewing a few words to Specklestar before they ran.
*Time Skip again ;-;*
Emberpaw pressing his fur against his sister's sleeping body. He up praying to StarClan, "Why did you do this..."
Soon he fell asleep curling up against his sister. Her pale fur became paler somehow. Soon he was out, sleep
