Jealous Edward x Reader

Imagine: Bella never came to  visit Charlie. And Edward fell for Y/N instead while Jacob and Y/N are like brother/sister.

"Jess, he doesn't even notice me anymore! Its like i was his favourite candy but then he ate me!" You said on the phone. "And before your perverted mind says something else, no not in the literal sense"

"Oh calm down, drama queen. He must be busy!" Your friend tried to convince you on the phone.

"That is exactly what he says. But with what?" You ask her feeling irritated.

"Maybe he's doing other women." she said suggestively before realizing her mistake seeing you are already paranoid' "Kidding! That kid is as pure as his beating heart." she tried to make you feel better but it did the worse since you know that his heart doesn't beat, but she did not need to know that.

"I just hope he would notice me more. And he hasn't even asked me to the school dance! And it is just 2 weeks away! He just pecks my forehead nothing else!" You whine . You know that deep down that you are acting childish but you can't help but be suspicious of him seeing other girls at the same. You know that he wouldn't do this to you but you still can't be sure.

"Jeez woman, I have no interest whatsoever in your kissing life!" she exclaimed. "But if you want, I can help you. You should be thankful that I'm so experienced in boys."

"Yeah right and that's why you can't ask Mike out."

"Whatever. Do you want my experienced help or shall I hang up?" she asks you.

You bit your  lip in concentration knowing that no one else could help you with boy problem since you can't talk to your parents since they have gone for a business trip leaving you incharge of the house and Alice would spill the beans to Edward herself or he would just read it out of her mind. Not that he can't read it from yours, but you have practice to hide your thoughts from him.

"Fine. TELL ME." You grumbled not liking it that Jess knows how to make you listen to her. She squeels loudly on the other side.

"Make him jealous!" she said in a duh voice. The wheels on your head were going crazy and anyone could see your face and make it out that you are thinking of something.

"OMG! Jess thank you, thank you, thank you! Bye! Ttyl."

"Hey but-" she didn't get to finish her thought since you hanged up oh her, a  plan forming in your head instantly. And within seconds you had dialed Jacob Black's number asking him to come over to your house to which he complied happily.

Half an hour later, you heard the door bell ring. You skipped along happily humming to yourself, your plan clear in your head. When you opened the door, you blindly hugged the person outside without  seeing who it was. The person gasped in surprise at your hug. You found it very abnormal since you and Jacob hug normally without any blushes and gasps.

You pulled away  and saw a blushing and very red Quil, Jacob's best friend. And you saw a very smug Jacob beside him shaking with silent laughter.

"Hey Quil! Why don't you come in?" you opened the door and stepped aside'

"H-h-hey Y/N." he stuttered and blushed some more. You knew Quil liked you but you didn't want to  bring his hopes up. And Jacob knew that but he still found it funny, trying to pair you up with his friend.

"What, no hello for your prince charming?" he asked you his eyes shining with amusement

"Hey Bastard." you said glaring at him. He gave you an innocent look in return. Billy told me to take Quil along, I hope you don't have any probs." he said casually walking towards your room.
