The son of Poseidon shivered in the cold. The heating had gone out in the cabins, and the thin sheets weren't enough for Percy to stay warm. It was the middle of winter too. Percy grabbed his coat and went outside. He figured walking around outside was better than freezing in his huge, empty cabin. He entered the woods and began to get a little nervous being there alone. He approached a clearing and saw a soft golden light, like when the sun was covered in light clouds. As he went further into the clearing, he saw Leo huddled alone on a tree stump in the middle of it.

"Hey," Percy said, and the son of Hephaestus jumped.

"Oh," he sighed, "It's you"

"Yeah... sorry I scared you."

"Its fine..."

"Whats up?"

"Oh... I couldn't sleep. I was thinking about... Er...." he hesitated, "Nothing. Nothing's up."

" What?" Percy said, now curious as to what the demigod was hiding, "You can tell me."

"No, I can't."

"Why?'

"..."

"Leo?"

Leo looked up at Percy and saw him with his arms tucked into his chest, his eyes looking as innocent as a a little anime girl as he looked down at Leo, shivering.

Leo sighed to himself and pulled Percy down and onto his lap, wrapping his arms around him.

Percy squeaked, "L-Leo... what are you doing!?"

"I love you Percy." Leo whispered, "I couldn't tell you what was wrong because you WERE what was wrong. I love you so much and I didn't know how to say it but now it's done. I know you are still getting over Luke so if you don't love me back I understand."

"Leo?"

"Yeah?"

"I love you too."

"Really?"

"Really"

"Percy?"

"What is it Leo?"

"Stay with me. Just for a little while?"

"Leo..."

"Percy?"

"I'll stay with you forever."

A tear traced down Leo's face, and he lightly kissed Percy's neck.

Giant tears fell down Percy's face, and he silently sobbed as Leo's son of Hephaestus powers kept him warm enough to finally fall asleep in Leo's arms. Leo brought him back to his cabin, started to walk away, and turned around. He crawled into Percy's bed and pulled him close. It wasn't long before both demigods were peacefully asleep, breathing softly.

Sorry the chapter's so short! I wrote this forever ago and decided it was time to put it out there!
