Hey everyone! I've been sick with pneumonia but here's the update!
Sorry for the short chapter.
Brynn POV
Mr. Queen: Leah, calm down. Okay today we are learning about the history of Oklahoma, our home state! Here are your partners: Connor you are with Leah, Asher you are with Brynn, Kylie with Mason, Paige you are with Jake, Lexi you are with Aiden, blah blah blah.
After I got paired with Asher, I was sort of mad. He is the biggest hater I have ever encountered and makes fun of all my brothers tik toks, along with mine. I trudged over to his desk and of course, Leah was talking to him. Lexi is way more laid back than Leah is, which I like because sometimes Leah is a bit much.
Asher: So Baker, you coming to my party?
Me: Nah.
Asher: Why? You busy making dumb tik toks with Cash?
Me: No, I am going to be busy making tik toks with Maverick.
Asher: God he is even worse!
Me: Cool.
Asher: Okay stop making me do all the work and actually be productive.
Me: OMG. YOU HAVE LITERALLY DONE NOTHING.
Okay I literally want to punch that jerk. He is playing the victim like always he is so annoying!
Cash POV
Maverick: Cash why do you let Brynn get in the way of EVERYTHING?
Me: She actually is helpful unlike you. Now bye I'm going to class.
Maverick POV
During class, I was thinking of ways I can get back Brynn. After a few long minutes, I get the perfect idea.
Brynn POV
Me: Lexi and Leah, do you want to walk home together? I don't really want to ride with Cash and Mav since they are mad at each other..
Lexi: Yeah of course! So are you going to Asher's party? I might because Leah is DYING to go.
Leah: Shut up!
Me: No, he is really mean to my brothers and I.
Leah: At least he's cute..
Lexi: Ew Leah we are only in 5th grade!
Leah: So?
While the twins were arguing, I was thinking about what Asher had said. Was I really that cringy? Did I love my brothers too much? Was I not funny? Did people just think I was weird? I wish Lani was still here, she could help me.
