I've never felt so alone in the darkness. I sat in silence for hours. I never liked the darkness before, before my eyes adjusted and I saw the beauty in the pitch black. The silence was broken by the wind whooshing past my ears. I was in the woods. I felt tears run down my face. I learned to like the darkness.
hours I've been sitting alone. I stopped crying for a little but continued soon after, though I never made any sound. Can't disrupt the silence they said. I sat in the cold dark silence and wondered for a second, what's it like to fly. During the day I can see birds flying over my head, but where do they fly at night, do they fly at all. I hate thinking my thoughts. I've grown to like the darkness, but I'll always hate the silence, but here I am and I've never felt alone sitting in the darkness.
