let me not lie to you on this one. its easier said than done and thats a fact. there are certain days where your happiness comes out to play but mostly your depression takes over you. sometimes you might not even have a reason that your sad and depressed. you just have the emotion. however theres a difference with having depression as a mental health issue and having it as an emotion. clinical depression is when you have both and you're not sure what the reason is. if you have clinical depression, it can be hard to carry on because you're not sure of what to do since you don't know whats causing your sadness. as much as i relate myself i don't have very good advice to give about this one. all i could probably say is laugh when you feel like laughing, cry when you feel like crying. don't be afraid to show your emotions. the only issue is that if you're too open about all your emotions people will be nosy and try get involved. if thats what you want then of course go ahead its all your choice but if you want to avoid it then don't be too open about everything.
fighting!
