Beneath The Mask

Chapter 6:

They all left the house and walked Yugyeom to his house , they wished each other a good night and the girls started walking back.

Then Biine looked around curiously.

" is the college far from here?"

"Hmm not really .. its 15minutes by bus and 30minutes walk "

"Tomorrow we go by bus and my car will arrive at night and from the next day we will drive to school"

"You have a car on your own! Cool!"

"Well it's actually my mother's .. when she died it became mine " 

"Ow okay ! .. look at that poor guy up their .. he must be scared wiping windows that high!" 

Biine looked up to where Rym was pointing to see a familiar figure .

"Wait is that JB ?!" 

"That lazy guy!! No i dont think so !"

Rym looked back to take another look to see him see him sitting on the floor taking a breathe .

"Omg it is him!"

JB just finished working then went to a guy who paid him for his work and he went out .

"Lets hide !"

Rym pushed Biine behind a tree when she saw him walking away she turned to Biine .

"Lets follow him without him noticing "

"But why?"

"I want to know what is going to do next .. now hush"

The girls kept following him until he arrived to a cement factory and started loading a truck .. then a bald man with a beer belly came and started yelling at him .

" you are three minutes late !! Next time i tell to come and work from midnight to 4am dont come at 3 past midnight !! Understood!!"

JB tried to calm himself down since he needs the job and doesn't want to lose it if he hits the manager .. but the girls look mad since their friend is being mistreated .

"Why is he talking to him like that!"

"Ill go and pull his eyes out ! Three minutes he was trying to catch his breath earlier ! He was even walking fast to arrive!!"

The manager laughed and looked at JB 

"I like it when i talk and you stay quiet ! Work now" 

He pats JB's back and left while JB put a hand on his back and the other on the truck and tried to catch a breath .

"If i didnt need this job i would have showed him his place and broke his bones ..that jerk .."

Then he started to load the truck again. But the girls didnt calm down .. Biine looked at Rym.

"If he needs a job that bad i can ask dad to find him a suitable job with a good payment and he doesn't have to stand that fat jerk" 

Rym looked at Biine with twinkling eyes .

"You can !"

"Yes .. but we need to talk to JB first he needs to agree"

"True... and we leave him like this ? He said until 4am!"

"We try and talk to him now?"

They looked again at him when another worker came to him .

"Until 4am today! They want us to die!"

JB gave him a soft smile .

"I have another work until 6am .. go work now" 

Biine looked at Rym again and whispered.
