"Huh?" "Kuya Badjao, okay ka lang?" "Anong sinasabi mo?"
"Yung cellphone ko kasi!" Badjao snapped at the other three, who were giving him doubting looks. Although Magnum just stared at them, not catching on a single word because all she wanted was the phone back in her touch, she paid for it after all.
"Anyway," Magnum cleared her throat to grab their attention, "can I have it back now?"
Badjao sighed one last time, before handing over the phone. "Sige na nga, ni let go ko na."
"Blaster, Unique and Zild frowned along with him to sympathize.
"Uhm, I'll just..." Magnum started to get up from her chair, "I'm sure you'll move on." was her attempt to lift Badjao's spirits. But she wasn't planning on staying much longer, what else was there to do anyway?
"Ay, wait, sandali lang!" Badjao stopped her, "Aalis ka na?"
Magnum does indeed stop, looking at him skeptically, "Was something else supposed to happen?"
"Kain ka na rin kasama namin, sisikat ka sa Pilipinas." Zild added smugly, wanting to prove to this foreign girl that he was much more prettier, because he had been trying to send her looks the entire time. Though he wasn't sure if they had been noticed at all.
"Huh?" Magnum raised an eyebrow, "I'm quite fine living quietly, I'm just here for, you know, some vacation"
"Bakasyon? Hindi ba pasukan?" Unique asks. Magnum thought that he was the only one who seemed chill, so she decided to sit back down again.
"I'm in my gap year, so, I get a break, for a very long time" Magnum explained, "I'm supposed to be in college, taking Music Production"
"Uy, yun rin yung course ko!" Zild shouted excitedly.
It only caused Magnum to laugh, "How old are you? Are you sure you take the course?" well Magnum ended up staying with the IV of Spades for lunch and discovers that they were famous.
