Josephine: It was the first day moving to our new house! I was happy to experience the thrill of a new town, but scared to meet new friends! How was I going to fit in! I am just a shy 7 year old! How is this going to work out ! I glanced over at mom, is the automobile ready?

Ethel: Darling, please be patient we have various things to pack. Go pack your dresses and remember pack Sally your doll.

Josephine: Yes mother! We're are we moving?

Ethel: We are moving to a fabulous apartment ! Filled with a actual kitchen !

Josephine: We have never had a kitchen we just had a small island we used for preparing. This time we have a kitchen big enough for me to help mother bake!

Ethel: Josephine are you ready to leave?

Josephine: Almost Mother!

Ethel: Josephine, your father is waiting you know how he gets!

Josephine: I am ready mother!

Josephine: So we settled our journey from a small town in Oklahoma to a HUGE city in New York. When we arrived it was a beautiful view, ladies with short bob hair, long cigarette holders and sparkles all over there outfits! Men with suit and ties and cigars. It was very unusual, I was very nervous to be in a big town but, excited at the same time!

Ethel: Josephine darling look over there is a school full of children your age!

Josephine: mother does know I already went to school in Oklahoma sigh. Yes mother I do see the school!

Lou: Alright we are here! We have arrived in our new apartment.

Josephine: father this house doesn't look the same as it did in the brochure !

Lou: I was thinking the same thing darling

Josephine: Father!!! What was that noise under my bed!??!??
