when love takes over

The day I just want to stop trying.

{Andrews POV}

I wake up like always on a normal day, going to get coffee then head to work. I've been single for 3 years now and I'm just feeling a bit alone. It didn't really bother me that much but I see my friends getting married and having kids.. People tell me I am what a girl is looking for I guess you can say. People tell me I'm attractive. Well I guess I think I am. My alarm clock goes off again and I turn it off, I get up and get my work clothes on. I work for the government. And I'm the boss so you know I can stay home a little late but what's there to do when you are alone? I grab my keys and get in my car to go get some coffee to make my day a little better.

{Skye's POV}

I wake up at 7:30 to get ready for work. They say they don't mind the piercings and my plugs in or my tattoos out so I got a short sleeved Starbucks shirt and my black skinny jeans and my black slip on vans. I put them on bed then I take a quick shower and get out and get ready fast. I put my makeup on and get my hair. I didn't want the Starbucks hat so they gave me a beanie. I like it so. I get my keys and get in my car and drive to work.

I made it in 5 minutes and right when it opens. I get out of my car and head in the door. "Skye! So glad you can make it!" I smile and wave at my boss. Her name is Kylie and she's a sweetheart. She told me she had to leave to get more stuff for the shop so she told me to work the shop by myself for a little bit. I was alright with that I guess. But I'll be fine. She leaves and some people started coming in, I made them their orders and they just love the taste. They give me a tip for a excellent job I did.. I didn't understand but I smiled and said thank you. They were surprised of my accent. I just gave a little giggle and smiled.

{Andrews POV}

I get out of my car and see people smiling and loving their coffee. I'm surprised. Did they get a new employee? I shook that out of my head and walked in. And she the new employee and man was she gorgeous. I was up next and I wasn't paying attenetion. All I heard the one beautiful voice. "Sir.. Sir?" I snap out of it and she her eyes meet mine. "Uh yes, sorry." "Oh haha, its fine love, what would ye like?" She called me love, I felt myself getting red but I tried hiding it. "Oh uhm I would love a hot pumpkin spice latte." She looked at me and smiled and of course I smiled back. She makes my latte and jeez it was amazing. I fell in love with it. "Woah, this.. This is amazing." She giggled and said "oh uh thank you love, I tried me best." I smiled and I couldn't keep my eyes off of her gorgeous face. I saw her kinda blushing, she looked away. I said something to her before I left, "I.. I hope I see you again some time." She looked back at me and smiled and said " I hope so too." I walk out and shit I didn't get her name, I walk back in and asked for her name. "Skye is my name." She smiled and asked for mine. "Andrew. That's my name." She giggled and said I was adorable, I almost fell to the floor. My heart stop. I smiled and waved goodbye. I get in my car and just I smiled so big, I couldn't help myself but blush so red.
