Salam, everybody! Now, although my sister @striving_muslimah did this before me, I ASSURE YOU that I thought of it first! (Maybe.)

You see, ever since this whole "Tagged" thing started, I've been stalking everybody I know (and everybody my followees know... And random strangers... Yeah.) just for the sake of reading their twenty facts! So, since I figure that we're all super nosy and obsessed with reading about each other, I thought "Hey... Why not write ANOTHER twenty facts, just so the OTHER super-nosy-and-obsessed people will have new things to read?"

Hence, the sequel was born. Enjoy! Or don't... You know, whatever makes you happy.

TWENTY FACTS - THE SEQUEL

#1 - I am a horribly lazy person. I keep deciding that I need to do this or do that (exercise, read more Qura'an, MEMORIZE more Qura'an...) and I get all super hyped and motivated about how I AM SO GOING TO DO THIS TOMORROW, JUST WAIT AND SEE... And then tomorrow never comes.

#2 - I really, really, really, REALLY (Yes, I needed to write it that many times and in bold for the proper emphasis) despise vulgar language and profanity. If you use it, even mildly, I will most likely promptly unfollow you, never read your work, never ever vote for you, and in both real life or online, never speak to you again. I also don't watch movies at all or read many books because of this reason.

#3 - I really love plain salad. Most people these days seem to dislike it, and will only eat salad that is drowned in dressing and croutons. I just chop up a bunch of greens (and reds... Tomatoes are my LOVES, people.), add a bit of salt and pepper, and chomp down on it like it's ice cream. YUM!

#4 - I literally log every calorie that I eat on a free online calorie counter called MyFitnessPal. This website saved my life, diet-wise, and helped me lose 25 kilograms (a little over 50 pounds) and keep it off. I now use it to keep track of how many calories I need to eat, as well as how many grams of protein, carbohydrates, and fat I need to stay healthy.

#5 - I have a raw tomato allergy, and it makes my face break out into a bright red, painful rash that burns like crazy for a few days, then dries out and makes the skin on my face start flaking. I eat tomatoes at least three times a week despite this, because I'm crazy and I love tomatoes.

#6 - Most of the above facts have been about food. Am I that obsessed about food, cooking, and calories? Maybe.

#7 - I really enjoy doing housework. Sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping just makes me feel so productive and amazing, and the beautiful shine left behind after I'm done just gives me this HUGE sense of accomplishment! However, I despise ironing to the very depths of my being.

#8 - People tell me that my poetry is depressing, and that I should write "happy poems". I even got a suggestion to write a poem about "a happy day in the park". My response? My poetry is written about the world. The world is ugly, and my poetry reflects that ugliness. Death, despair, depression, apathy, hatred, and yes, even happiness, are all portrayed in my poetry, but I rarely write shallow poetry that is focused on isolated events. My poems reflect my emotions, my heart and soul, and they are MY creative "baby". Please stop telling me how to write!

#9 - I believe that the true definition of giving up and hitting rock-bottom is when you no longer have the hope that things will get better; even when you have nothing else, hope helps you see through to a better day, a better time. Hope and faith in God are what bring me through my toughest times, alhamdullillah.

#10 - I really, really love to walk. Anywhere and everywhere. Put me on a street, in a mall, on a track, anywhere my feet can move that isn't crowded, and I will walk for hours. It's so calming and helps me relax when I'm stressed out. Me and my sister used to go out every evening and walk for THREE HOURS straight, and those were some of the most fun memories I have with her after growing up. Imagine all the talking you can get done in three hours!

#11 - I'm a terrible swimmer, but I love to swim. Whenever we would visit the beach, I would wear a non-clinging (when wet, that is) abaya and a light scarf, and just flop right in! Do you guys know HOW HARD IT IS to swim in abaya? No? It's hard, my friends, but SO WORTH IT :D

#12 - I've been threatening my husband since we met that I was going to push him into the sea at some point. It still hasn't happened yet, but I haven't given up hope. Just ONE opportunity, guys... And he is going DOWN!

#13 - I went to the 11th grade when I was just 12 years old. I was shy, overweight, didn't speak the language that the majority of them spoke (tagalog), and was the youngest in the class, which made me a target for a lot of bullies. Bullies are losers.

#14 - I hate statements that are generalized, especially when they are stated negatively (the positive ones also get on my nerves, but not as much). When someone says, for example: "All Pakistanis are so-and-so, we all know that!"... My blood boils. Do you personally know every Pakistani in every corner of the world? No? Okay then, shut up. Thank you.

#15 - I have a wonderful husband, alhamdullillah, and I wouldn't trade him for anything in the world. He's an overprotective clown who never fails to make me laugh and pokes fun at me ALL THE TIME. For example, he offers to propose marriage to every friend I mention I have met here on Wattpad so that they can come and live with us and I'll have a real-life friend to help me with chores and cooking. (No thanks, darling, I'll pass. -_-)

#16 - I am cold ALL. THE. TIME. I wear jackets around the house and in malls in the middle of summer, and always complain to my husband that "I'M FREEZING!". To put this into perspective, Saudi Arabian summers can reach a temperature higher than 50 degrees centigrade (122 degrees Fahrenheit). Once, he responded with: "Yes, that's totally normal, because Saudi Arabia is known for the freezing summers."

#17 - You see #16? Well, here's proof that I'm totally bonkers: I LOVE winter. It's so cold and wonderful and amazing and awesome! So does my husband. We went to South Korea in January of this year (2014) and ran outside of our hotel at 2 AM when it started snowing, just so we could play in the snow like children. IT WAS AMAZING, you guys!

#18 - I am a horrible nail-biter. I've tried EVERYTHING to break the habit, but nothing has lasted. Currently, I buy a Bitrex solution and apply it to my fingernails and cuticles, and then I have to put on gloves before I touch, prepare, or eat food. I HATE IT. But it's so worth it, because my poor fingernails deserve a break.

#19 - I LOVE spiders, lizards, mice, snakes, and bats. I'm creepy that way. Spiders are some of the most beautiful, talented creatures on the planet! But put a cockroach in front of me, and I WILL SCREAM THE HOUSE DOWN. I'm very logical, really. Think about it.

- Spider = venomous creature with pincers that can cause an incredible amount of pain.

- Cockroach = Ugly, evil creature that doesn't bite nor possess venom, and simply walks around doing nothing much and spreading germs.

I'm not even afraid of scorpions, but cockroaches? *shudder*

#20 - I hate the color red. It's so... Bright and gaudy looking. I hate it on cars, dishes, clothing, walls, pretty much everything... Except food. Tomatoes are beautiful little things, my friends. So are apples! But otherwise, red is EVIL and UGLY and.. And.. I think you get the picture.

I hope you enjoyed all of this unnecessary information about me! I'd love it if you all wrote another twenty facts for me to be all nosy and obsessed about! :D
