So, school plays. Let's talk about that travesty for a second. I'd like to speak to whoever thought of the idea to put together the most obnoxious and self-centered kids in the school and have them work together every day for three months. Someone is bound to blow eventually.
However, speaking as one of these self-centered and obnoxious to a fault student, I feel personally offended at the fact that my costume is a hot pink power suit, which doesn't fit my character in the least. I'm starting to think the teachers just threw whatever costumes they found at the back of the storage room. A piece of good news, we are currently at record high ticket sale number, 15 tickets! Perhaps this year we there will be more in the audience than in the cast. Hey, it doesn't hurt to dream.
I was even considering to start a rival play after I the student director cast herself in the lead role then quit to pursue her "acting career" in what she referred to as a more professional setting, in the delusion that that would somehow work out. You need some talent or dedication or skill to succeed. Well that is the entertainment industry: bias. Or should I use nepotism as the example? Is nepotism the right word in this context? I can't decide.
Moving on (cause I have no more will nor the proper transition to talk more about this topic) and because this is my first entry, I would like to introduce you (the journal, definitely not my one Wattpad reader) to some aspects of my life. My name is Jo(sephine) Ferris and I am a sixteen year old high school student, as well as your source of entertainment for the next couple of minutes --> depends on your reading speed.
I think I'm a good person. Do I have flaws? Sure! I sing in the shower. Sometimes I spend too much time volunteering. Occasionally I'll hit someone with my car. Yep, I'm also an Office fan.
What's my favorite color, you ask? Well that's a little personal, don't you think?
Hmmm so what now? I feel like you already know me to my core. I guess this is gonna be shorter than a couple minutes, even for the slower readers out there. This has been my first entry, but I can already see there will soon be many more. After all, there are many aspects of my life I'd like to share... My goodness that sounded so mysterious in my head. Well, toodeloo and write to ya soon.
