A clean slate means starting over - but does it really?
You still are who you are, even when you return to reality everyone is who they were before
Before you changed - for better? Or worse? Or maybe just changed in a way you can't describe
How can you feel so different but people still see you the same?
Is it the bias already in there mind or does no one really care to look or to ask?
The most enlightening, whether good or bad, is realizing that nothing stopped while you were gone. The sun still rose, the birds still sang, the people woke up and lived their lives as if nothing ever changed.
Here you were granted a clean slate and yet you look and it's already dirty.
