The Russian was in the world meeting sipping vodka without the others knowing.

The meeting was noisy, who would expect it to be serious and such when almost every personified nation or country was placed in a one giant room to discuss things ,how to deal with some problems.

Though everything ended up with almost all of them fighting.

America was smacking Great Britain with a large baguette which he stole from France. Great Britain shouting at America on how immature he is. Spain was there singing Puerto Rico's Despacito. Surprisingly Japan was quiet ,She wasn't even talking about anime.Germany looking at paper works, as Poland was hugging him-earning a glare from Italy.

And there was he drinking vodka,his Ushanka resting on his head as he was looking at Philippines. He was wondering why he was looking at the little ball of sunshine. Why was he though? All he knows that he has no idea why he was looking at the petite man.

Oh right, he has a crush on the little guy. That was the reason why he was staring at Philippines. He felt like he was doing the lovey-dovey eyes on the little guy-atleast he wasn't.

He was staring at him too long that he didn't realize that he was staring at the Filipino too long that he already made the Filipino's spine shiver .

"Are you okay,Russia?" The Filipino asked while waving a hand in front of the Russian's face.

This made the Russian stop his starring, as he blushed a dark hue " I-I am, why are y-you asking?" He stuttered , accent becoming more thick .

"Nothing, you were dozing out, also the meeting is almost done" the Filipino said in his Filipino accent.

"Oh, Is it okay after this meeting, we hang out?" He asked the Filipino.

The Filipino hummed making the Russian a bit nervous. "Sure, where are we going to go? " The Filipino asked.

This made the Russian smile with glee "Anywhere ,as long as you are comfortable with the place " he said.

Later the meeting ended up peacefully. Good thing it didn't ended up with nothing, they all talked in a mature way.

Soon Russia and Philippines walked outside the door together. Talking about stuff- also how their countries are doing at the moment.

The whole time they spent it with giggles and huge amount of laughs.

They ended up stopping to a huge peaceful sight. All the flowers were blooming as the rays of the bright sun was shining on them.

" So, wait, you are saying he got addicted to McDonald's that he already tried to live there?" Philippines asked

Earning a laugh from Russia " Yes, he's like that at times-I really don't know why" said he.
