" Yes mom I ate my lunch and I'm looking for some flats nearby." Jessica said to her mom while getting ready for going out with Lauren.

"So you couldn't find one yet. I talked with my friend who lives in the same city as you and she said she can help you finding a new home." Jessica's mom said.

"Really? Tysm mom. Then I'll talk to you about this matter later, I have to go somewhere." Jessica said.

"Where are you going at this time? Please don't stay outside for long and get back home before 11." Jessica's mom said strictly.

"I'm going out with Lauren and don't worry, I'm going to come home quickly." Jessica replied and hung up.

Jessica was wearing skinny jeans and a cold shoulder top. Her long black hair was covering her back and her makeup was looking natural.

Jessica then went to Lauren's house to pick her up. Lauren was wearing a cute pink shirt with black shirt and her was tied up in a ponytail. After seeing Jessica, Lauren hugged her asked her where they were going.

"We are going to the club." Jessica said while smiling.

"Jessica are you all right? You don't like clubs at all." Lauren said.

"I don't but you do. I can at least do this much to cheer you up." Jessica said.

"Thank you so much Jessica. This means so much to me." Lauren said while hugging her bestie.

"Shawn today is Rachel's birthday, you have to come today." John, Shawn's friend, said to Shawn.

"Ok fine. But where is the party." Shawn asked.

"At her favourite club. Remember during college days we used to go there for her birthday. " John answered.

"What? A club.....you know I don't like clubs. Club is for teenagers." Shawn said with a irritated look on his face.

"You can't say no now. I'm going to pick your outfit so please get home quickly." John said before quickly leaving Shawn's office.

Shawn couldn't say no because Rachel was a good friend of them. He then finished his work and left for going home. John wanted to pick a good outfit for Shawn because Shawn's fashion sense was really bad. He would have wore a formal shirt and pants for going to the club. So John picked some jeans, a navy blue t-shirt and a black jacket for Shawn. After arriving at home, Shawn saw the outfit John picked and sighed. He took a bath and got ready for the birthday party. He then drove to John's place to pick him and they went to the club together.

"Let's not drink too much tonight. I don't want any of us to get drunk and do something stupid." Jessica said to Lauren before taking a sip of her beer.

"Oh come on Jess, you're having beer, that won't make you drunk. But I need something strong to make me forget about him." Lauren said while looking at the drink menu.

Jessica just sighed and started thinking about her studies and the new house. She was suffering too but she wanted to see her bestie happy more than anything.
