It was yet another rainy day. I could hear my mother screaming from the next room, but what could I do... nothing absolutely nothing. I'm too weak, I'm small, I'm nothing. I decided I should take a walk to get away from that place. I ended up taking myself to the park. I sat on the swing and let the rain soak me as I gently swung myself. I hear a snap. I quickly look behind me... a boy...staring right at me. He walks towards me and hands me his umbrella.

Y/n- no need but thanks. - I refuse

??- I insist. Ive been raised to care for others and besides I have this. - he points towards his jacket.

??- May I sit here?- he points towards the swing next to me

Y/n- Free country - I say as I shrug my shoulders. I dont think hes from around here, but I didnt care I just want to be alone. he sits

??- if i may ask, what are you doing here in the rain all alone?

Y/n- that sounds like something a rapist would say.- he chuckles. His laugh, I like his laugh. I smile

??- I can assure you im not a rapist. Its honestly just a question.

y/n- I dont like being home. why are you here?

??- To take my mind off of things. - he gently swung himself in harmony with me.

??- whats your name? - he look over at me and for the first time, i look into his eyes. His beautiful doey, brown eyes. It was like everything stopped and his eyes captured my soul. He smiled at me making my cheeks redden as I see his adorable bunny smile. I chuckled nervously realizing how attractive he was.

Y/n: I-its Y/n. - I mentally face palmed myself for stuttering.

??- Beautiful name. Im Jungkook.- he reached his hand out for mine and I hesitantly place mine in his. He gently placed his warm soft lips on the back of my hand. I blushed even harder.

Jungkook- May I take you somewhere warm... Y/n - i felt shivers run down my spine as he said my name. When he said it, it felt like their was some meaning to it.

Y/N- sure. - I was shivering as the rain poured down even harder on us as we walked towards his car. I know im not supposed to trust strangers but what do I have to lose. We drive to a little cafe.  We enter and the smell of fresh baked goods and coffee. I inhaled the smell deeply.

Jungkook- What would you like?-  I shake my head

Y/n- I cant let you pay for me.

Jungkook- Please I insist. - I cross my arms.

Y/n- You insist on doing a lot. Why are you so nice to me? huh? Jungkook? - I step closer to him as I speak only to see him hold his breathe and turn as red as a tomato.

Y/n- Are you ok Jungkook? You're as red as a tomato.- he smiled and looked away, heading to the short line in front of the cash-register.

Jungkook- Im not really used to being around girls especially that close. - I smile at his shyness.

y/n- Dont you have any sisters?- He shakes his head

Jungkook- Im the only child.- He looks down at his feet.

Y/n- what about school? surely girls have approached you there.- He again shakes his head.

Jungkook- Ive been homeschooled my whole life and im just starting at my new school tomorrow. - I look at him surprised and he nodded.
