Well the short and simple answer is it is a form of bdsm where two consenting adults pretending to be a mommy/daddy and a baby girl/ baby boy. A lot of times the child will act like a kid outside the bedroom and go into something called little space which is just a state of minds for little where there thinking can be a little impaired, and they need time to come out of it. This sort of relationship can be purely platonic (no sexual acts) or it can be a sexual relationship.
