Hostage by the rival

I looked at the time on my clock. 5:30 pm. I sighed and stood up and walked to my older brother’s room. Knock Knock. “Come in!” i heard my brother Ivan shout, i walked in and saw him sitting on the edge of his bed, while his friend Luke sat on his desk chair. “What is it Selena?” Ivan asked, i cleared my throat and began to speak “it’s 5:30”, Luke looked at my brother, then at me and stood up, and closed my brother’s blinds and room door. “Do you remember what’s gonna happen tonight?” Ivan asked and i nod my head, Luke came up to me; grabbed my hands and placed the heavy object i was so used to. I looked down at my customized chrome nine mil and traced the engraved letters that is my name. I watched as my brother put on his vest while Luke ran out, then back in with some of my brother’s other friends. Each and every guy had put on their own vests and grabbed their own weapons. Everyone had left the room, except my brother and i. Ivan went to me and pulled me in for a hug and kissed my forehead and then said, “i love you baby sis. Do you remember what to do? Recite everything back to me” i stood tall and firm and cleared my voice, making eye contact with my brother i began to speak “You are going to meet with Colson Baker, who is your enemy from a rival gang. He wants to talk about a deal and you are to go protected with the rest of the guys, while i stay here and be on high alert. If anything wrong were to happen, i am supposed to go to the secret room without looking back” my brother smiled at me and engulfed me into a tight hug “i love you baby sis. Be safe, Colson is insane and will do something to hurt me to get what he wants” he said, i nod my head and Luke had walked in “Ivan, it’s time to go” he said, i gave one last hug to my brother before he left the room and followed behind them, making sure they left safely and had locked up the house and set the alarms. I went to the dining room and set my gun on the table and walked to the kitchen, leaning against the counter i thought of something i could make for dinner for when the guys arrive. After thirty minutes on thinking, i decided to surprise them with homemade Orange Chicken and Chow Mein. While grabbing the ingredients the lights began to flicker on and off, i stood still and be sure to listen to my surroundings carefully. I began to hear heavy footsteps outside and that was when all power from my home had went out; grabbing the flashlight in the cupboard and walked to the dining room to retrieve my gun. Upon arriving at the table, i noticed that my gun was missing and that’s when i took a run for the secret room but soon felt an arm wrap around my arms and waist, while another covered my mouth and nose with a cloth. Soon everything became fuzzy and went to black.
