Chapter 1

Keira's POV

"Call me everyday!" Says my mom. "I will." I respond annoyed. "Don't forget to work hard or I'll call you and beat your ass!" Says my dad. "Okay..." I say. "Don't care, just leave." Says my 11 year old brother, Max. I'm finishing getting my boxes and suitcases full of my clothes and items. I am moving to this apartment and attending to University of Georgia. My family all heads to the car and they drive me to my apartment that's 35 minutes away from home. I go inside the building and get my key to my apartment and open up the door then I run down the stairs and help my dad bring up my things. My family comes and hugs me and my mom starts crying, "I'll miss you, sweetie." Says my mom in a fit of tears. They leave and I see a different side of the room. I see. I have a roommate. Oh WASNT expecting that. As I'm unpacking I hear a knock on the door and I open up the door. Then I see this girl with gorgeous blonde hair and milky brown eyes standing there. "Hey I'm Emma you must be my roomie!" She says. I smile then say "Hi Emma, I'm Keira." She smiles back. She walks in and gets unpacked. "Eww why should I get the side that's smaller??" She exclaims. "What?" I question. " I demand that side of the room." She says. "Well why should I give it to you if I was already unpacked and here before you?" I snap. "Well you can pick it all up! Like why do you need this stupid.. Um.. Hed... Hedge... Hog?!" She says unsurely. "First of all its a stuffed bunny and second of all no! Deal with it you bitch!" I hiss. "Ugh! I hate you!!" She says. We both turn around in frustration. I picked up my schedule and see we have a tour.. Starting now! Emma and I both look at each other and rush out of the building to the university right across the street.

After an hour or two the tour is over. It was about lunch time so I went to the shop in the building. I ordered a BFL with a medium cold then I went up to my apartment. "Thanks for the meal!" Says Emma. "Excuse me? This is mine and I payed for it." I say. I sat down at the mini table in the apartment and started eating while playing my phone. I finished eating and then I sat down on my bed and watched SpongeBob SquarePants. "You little kid." Says Emma. I rolled my eyes. I checked the time and it said 8:23 PM. Wow I didn't know I watched TV that long. I got up went into the shower and got into my pjs and put my hair up in a messy bun and got into Bed. Then I drifted off to bed.
