I woke up my head was pounding and it was dark outside.
"Ugh...ouch...What the hell?" I didn't notice that Tony was sitting in a chair next to my bed. When I started to get up he jumped out of the chair and stopped me.
"Slow down there, tiger." Tony laid me back down.
"What...What happened?" Tony sighed with relief.
"You were crushed by an entire city." I stared at him surprise.
"What...How am I still alive?" Tony looked down at his hands, he looked scared and nervous.
"We don't know. We're still trying to figure that out ourselves." He grabbed my hands and looked at me.
"You came out with a few cuts and bruises. And your ribs were cracked but, when we went to look again they were all gone." He paused and looked up at me. His eyes were red like he hadn't slept in ages.
"I thought you had died. No one could find you. They looked and we ran out of time. I was hoping you made it off the island safely but, I needed to be sure. And when Friday said she found you. I couldn't breath. I was hoping that you were okay and that you were safe. Heaven I haven't cared for anyone as much as you since pepper. I was scared Heaven. I was scared that I was going to lose the one thing that actually matters to me." Tony's voice was shaky and he sounded like he was about to cry. His head was hanging as he looked at our hands intertwined. I took my free hand and ran it though his messy hair.
"Well I'm here now Tony. I'm okay."
"But you could have died! It would have been my fault."
"No Tony, it wouldn't have been your fault. I never told anyone my plan."
"You... You distracted Ultron."
"I had to. To give you all more time."
"Heaven. I.."
"Tony I'm here and I'm not going anywhere by the looks of it." Tony just looked at me like I was going to disappear at any second. Then he just got up and left. No talking, no warning, no nothing. I was so confused, beyond belief. I slowly dragged myself out of bed and went to the bathroom. I started my bath and got in. I let the hot water soak all the stress out of my muscles. I soon got to thinking. What if I did die? Who would care? Who would even notice? I had no one, and nothing. Everyone I loved was dead, and anyone that ever loved me was dead. It was all finally registering in my head that I was completely and utterly alone. I had started crying and I couldn't stop. I don't know how long I was sitting there with my knees pulled to my chest but, by the time I stopped my water was ice cold and I had no more tears left to cry. I pulled myself out and wrapped a towel around my body and went to my room. It was light outside so I decided to go for a run or jog, who knows. I threw on some running clothes and let my hair air dry. I liked the waves my hair made when it air dried. I walked out of the compound and choose the path I was going to take. Right when I went to start my run someone called my name. I looked back to find Tony coming over to me.
"Hey Heaven. What are you doing?"
"Well hello Tony. I'm just going for a jog."
"You probably shouldn't. What if you pass out or even hurt yourself." I just sighed and placed my hands on my hips.
"Tony. I. Am. Fine. I feel just great. I just need to go and clear my head okay."
"Well then I'm coming with you."
"Ugh Tony I don't need a babysitter."
"Well I'm coming with you no matter what."
"Tony please. I just want to be alone." Tony sighed and he was standing right in front of me.
