I've been watching you, for some time
I scribbled the face at an angle across from me, it was too beautiful not to capture on paper.
Can't stop staring at those ocean eyes
What color are they? Blue? Turquoise? I wondered, trying to be subtle while checking. Either way the light just seems to hit them perfectly. No matter where they look.

"Hi! Excuse me I noticed you were sitting alone and-" I glanced at the notepad next to them. An amazing drawing was on it, but it was of me.
It's not true, tell me I've been lied to.
"Who's that?" I played dumb, "it's uh- it's-" Ocean eyes choked themselves up, scared to admit the truth.

Tears streamed down Ocean eye's face, I quickly rushed over to dry them and tell them everything's ok.

"Hey hey hey it's fine, okay? Would you like to maybe share a coffee sometime? I'd love to get to know you!" I said cheerfully, interupting ocean eyes' sniffles. Ocean eyes nodded and wrote their number on the notepad, tearing out the page with the drawing of me on it. Ocean eyes shyly smiled back at me and headed on their way.
I looked at the drawing, and back at the figure in the distance. "I love you." I whispered.
