My home

They say home is where

You feel safest

The place with air

Where you feel bravest

Toxic places can make it

Hard to breathe commonly

They can make you wanna quit

Even though you're with the family

But if home is where

the heart is

I'm very much aware

My home is you

They say friends become family

When they're there for you always

When they give you gravity

Even in magnificent ways

That's why I'm grateful for you

Because you're here

And yes I always knew

You weren't about to disappear

People will always find their place

It'll feel right for once

It's something we gotta embrace
