this is a headcanon- it's about the BFB cast being mere actors, meaning they don't have their same personalities outside of BFB- (or maybe they do akdhfjdjgks) for example, not saying this is a part of it but for illustrating: Gelatin- in BFB he is childish and laid-back afaik, but let's just say that in "real life" he might be seriousas shit and even sadistic in nature.
