Semblance 1: Adrenaline Healing When the users health is pushed to a critical level, Adrenaline Healing will speed up the natural healing ability to an unnatural degree to give the user another fighting chance. Only once every day.
Semblance 2: Bullet time Bullet time gets activated by the users to speed up the brain, eyes and reaction time of the limbs to quickly react to any danger. This ability is mentally tiring, so it can be only used for 15 minutes and only after the user sleeps can it be used again.
Background: Y/N Rogers was a scrawny kid who joined Beacon Academy, but there he was bullied by his peers. When team CRDL commits crimes and frame him, everyone believes them. Fed up with this, he leaves through a portal to WW2 America, where he will become Captain America and after a cold nap, join the Avengers.
