I sighed as I continued to pick berries. Minseok and Kyungsoo had stayed back to help prep for dinner while we, Jeongin, Baekhyun, Luhan, and I, were harvesting things for dinner. Woojin had also come because of the rouges in the area.

"Why don't you guys head back and We will be back in about an hour or so?" I suggested and stretched out my back.

"Are you sure? We can help some more?" Baekhyun asked.

"Yep! I need to talk to Woojin about something, and your pack is probably looking for you." I smiled and put the last couple of berries in the basket. The nodded and picked up the baskets.

"Do I go back too?" Jeongin asked.

"I need to talk about something with Woojin and I don't think you want to hear about mates." Jeongin made a face and immediately jogged to catch up to the others. I waited for them to be out of hearing range before turning back to Woojin.

"What's wrong, Wooj?" I pulled him into a hug and could feel the tension in his shoulders release.

He sighed, "I think I smelt my mate."

"That's great, Wooj!" I pulled away. He looked at the ground and sighed. "Where?"

"One of the rouges. I could barely smell them. There was so much blood mixed with it." My happiness turned to sorrow.

"I'm sorry. We'll find them. We can tell Chan and-"

"You can't!" He cut me off. I took a step back in surprise.

"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to yell at you. But you can't tell Chan. I don't want to worry him even more."

I smiled at him. "You're not worrying him. He'll be ecstatic to have another brother find his mate."

"Just not yet, okay? I'm not quite ready." I nodded in understanding.

"Let's get back. Race you?" I smirked and shifted. The girls had put a charm on me for my clothes not to rip. I heard him groan as I took off.

It wasn't long before he caught up to me. His much larger wolf easily keeping up. He gave me a wolfy smile before taking off and it was my turn to groan.

I weaved in between the trees and howled in joy as I felt the wind blow through my fur.

I glanced over and saw that Woojin had slowed down so he was next to me. The house came into view and I shifted back. Woojin went behind a tree and reappeared a few minutes later.

"That was the most fun I had in a while. It was so free. I felt like I could do anything." Woojin sounded awestruck as we walked to the house.

"I forgot how it was to just run without being chased." Woojin opened the front door and let me in.

"How was it?" Minho came over and kissed my cheek.

"Free." He looked confused, making Woojin and I laugh at him.

I walked into the kitchen and saw the Kyungsoo and Chan cooking, Baekhyun and Jisung trying to steal food, and the girls talking while sitting at the island.

"You're back!" Jisung exclaimed once he saw me and tackled me in a hug. He let me go and I sat with the girls.

"How did the charm work?" Solar asked.

"Perfect." I played with the charm hanging around my neck.

"Finally. That took forever to perfect." Wheein sighed overdramatically, making me giggle. Hwasa ruffled my hair and I whined and patted it back to normal.

"What'd you and Woojin talk about?" Baekhyun asked. Chan looked at me and raised an eyebrow.

"He was dealing with a few things in his head, so I helped him sort them out."

"I hope it wasn't to serious. He should know he can come to me." Chan said as he strained whatever he was cooking.

"He does. Trust me."
