Fluff for you Tess!

Tess plugged in her earbuds and opened up Spotify, shuffling her playlist before turning her phone off and beginning her work. The best part of her day was when her boss let her listen to music as she worked, as long as she still assisted customers.

Tess hummed along to her song as someone tapped her shoulder. In front of her was a tan male with chocolate brown eyes. Tess felt her face heat up a little from the sudden contact and she opened her face wasn't as red as she thought it was.

"Excuse me, I'm looking for... are you alright, Miss?" The male asked as Tess nodded and reassuringly replied, "Y-Yeah, never better! What was it that you needed?"

The male stared at her for a minute before his face tinted ever so slightly. "I-I... uhm..."

He walked off quickly, snapping Tess out of her daze. She couldn't get him out of her head, but she heard a new song come onto her playlist, which distracted her. It was one of her favorites, one she couldn't stop listening to.

Hoping no one would notice her in the nearly empty store, Tess quietly sang aloud to herself.

"My heart's a stereo~ It beats for you, so listen close~ Hear my thoughts in every note~" She sang, pausing when a voice responding to her tune.

"Make me your radio~ Turn me up when you feel low~ This melody was meant for you~" The man from earlier appeared, singing in harmony with her music.

Tess smiled and sang the final part of the chorus with him, "Just sing along to my stereo~"

The two looked at each other without saying a word. "I'm uh... Fenton..."

"Tess..."
