As my husband lies dead on the floor with a bullet wound between his eyes, he has a note card in his hand that had the number 6 on it. I take the note card and flip it so i can see the back of it. It has the number 6 on it again but in a sequence of smallest to largest, im completely puzzled about this, who did this and what does this mean? I pick up the phone call 9-1-1 and explain the situation, since i used to be a detective i knew what to say. They say they're on their way and i hang up the phone. I search the house for any needed evidence or clues, i start in the living room checking the paintings and other things for blood spatter or fingerprints, or any possible signs of struggle. It doesn't appear to be any of that, i hear a knock at the door, i open it to see the chief of police and a few detectives i used to work with, i let them in and the chief starts asking me the same questions i used to ask people "where were you when this happened" and "what time did this happen" and a few others. I answer their questions and the detectives start setting up the crime scene with tape, note cards, and other useful things. I decide to go upstairs and get out of their way, and i need some alone time from all of this. As i walk into the bedroom i glance at the nightstand and see a note gently placed on the edge of it. I pick it up and look at it, it looks like it's written in another language one i couldn't understand nor decipher. I walk down the stairs and hand the note to the detective hovering over my husbands body. " i found this note on my nightstand" i say as i hand him the mysterious note
" thank you" he says as he looks at it carefully " what language is it in" i ask in curiosity. He pulls out a book with the words " world languages" written in bold black letters on the blue leather case, he looks at me with a puzzled expression on his face " it's written in ancient greek" he says as he starts flipping through his book
" the note says he's coming for you next" he says as he keeps looking at the letter
I look at the floor endlessly "what?........ why?"
