Kakuzu put her down on her bed gently before covering her with the big sheets. He then went next to her bed where his matress was spread out and sighs.
"I hope you enjoyed the firework. I hope you can see one soon. But not from the rooftop."

The next day the lady woke up with a throbbing pain in her head and her arm and leg were hurting as well. It was unbearable and she felt like dying.
"K-Kakuzu... I-It hurts" She whimpers and closes her eyes. The male stood up and looks at her. "I guess it is time for your antibiotic. I will get some water for you."

A few minutes later Kakuzu went back to her with a bottle of water and her medicaments. "Here. You need to take this, this and this. After that the maids will come and bring you breakfast." The lady nods before sighing and gulping down the pills. She cringes at the bitterness and breathes out.

"They are disgusting..." She pouts. "Well... But they help you. When I went outside to get you some water I saw your father leaving the mansion." (Y/N)'s brows furrowed. "He left the mansion? Mabye he went on a trip... That would explain the increase of security..."
"He really tries his best to keep you here."
"I bring him his money. Of course he does... He uses me exactly like he used my mother..." Kakuzu sighs and sits down in his chair again.

He starts reading once again before a soft knock in the door interrupted him. "Come in." The female said and two maids entered the room with two trays. "Princess we brought you your breakfast" Kakuzu looks at them as they put the trays down on the small table they brought as well. That way the lady was able to eat in bed. The two maids bowed once again and then went outside.

(Y/N) smiles and tries to eat with the chopsticks. Her dominant arm and hand were broken so she used the other hand. It was shaking like crazy and the food kept falling down.
"You look pathetic. Let me help you" Kakuzu sighs and sits down next to her on the bed before taking the chopsticks from her hand. The lady blushes as the male starts feeding her.

"Thank you..." She mumbles and eats her food. After some time the lady takes the chopsticks again and tries to pick up some food. "Let me d--" Kakuzu tried to say before (Y/N) held some food in front of his face. "Eat something Kakuzu" She says softly and smiles at him. The male blushed a little and was glad his mask was able to hide it. He pulls it a little down so the female was able to put the food on the chopsticks that rest in her shaking hand in his mouth.

He gulps it down and nods. "It tastes very good." The lady smiles and tries to feed him another bite and another one until the food was fairly shared between the both of them.
"Thank you" Kakuzu says and she blushes again. "Y-You don't have to thank me. You care so much about me. Giving you some of my food is nothing compared to the things you do for me."
"It is my job after all."

The lady felt a little sting in her heart. She didn't even knew what it was that made her feel like this but were the male's feelings really just business? The female doesn't even know herself how she feels. (Y/N) realized that she blushed way too often in front of the male. Mabye it is just an imagination? He is the first man in her life that actually cared for her. Mabye that is why she felt like this around him. It had to... It can't be that she is in love...

"Is everything okay?" Kakuzu shakes her a little. The female looks at him and then down at her lap to see that the trays were already away. "Y-Yes... I am fine... I think I just zoned out for a bit." The male nods and goes outside to the balcony to enjoy the view. He was able to spot the festival. People were busy putting away their stands and he sighs.

The female really had a harsh life trapped in this mansion. It kind of reminded him of that one fairytail his mother used to tell him about. About that one woman that got trapped in a high tower by her adoptive mother. Kakuzu chuckles. Did he really compare a stupid fairytail princess to a raped and mistreated woman?

He looks back inside to see the female as she reads a book. Judging by its cover it was the same story he just finished reading. Kakuzu went back inside and sits down next to her.
"Is this the book about (M/N) Nakamura?" (Y/N) nods and sighs.

"Yes..." He wondered why she reacted so depressed to this. And in another second he finally came to a conclusion.

"Are you perhaps the daughter of (M/N) Nakamura?" The female shook for a second and stares at him before tears filled her eyes. She then threw herself into Kakuzu's arms and started crying.
"I-I miss her so much..." The male was a little uncomfortable. He didn't know how to react in this situation and just hugged her back as good as he could without hurting her and strokes her back softly.

"Shh... It is okay... It is totally okay to miss her... I miss my parents as well. And your father used your mother the same way he used you, didn't he?" (Y/N) nods and sobs into his chest. "I-I wrote that book for her after she died" She states while crying.
"It is an amazing book... I really felt it while reading." The lady chuckles a little and looks at the male with teary eyes. He softly stroked her cheeks and smiles a little under his mask.

"Thank you Kakuzu... That cheered me up a little." His eyes opened up a little. "It... did?" She laughs a little and Kakuzu couldn't help but blush a little in embarassment. "It did... I never get compliments except for my body" "Mabye because they never cared for the inside. And I think that is what makes the difference between a real man and just a man."

The female's face was still trapped between the male's big hands and her eyes softened a little as the both look into each others' eyes.
"Kak---" As soon as the lady wanted to say something a knock interrupted them once again.

Kakuzu scoots back and a tall male with slicked back blonde hair and brown eyes comes inside. The female's eyes widen as her body began to shake.
"Oh my beautiful woman... I heard what happened to you... I had to come here to see you" He said and runs up to her.

Kakuzu quickly reacted and stopped the man in his tracks. "Who are you?"

"I am Aiko Sato. I am (Y/N) (L/N)'s fiance. And who are you?"
