Lou ran into his study, and rummaged in his desk drawers. "Oh, where is it? I know I put it in here somewhere... Ah! Here it is!" Lou took out a small silvery key. He called his best friend Ox.
"How have you been holding up?" Lou asked nervously. He had sent Ox to keep Naomi busy while he checked on the gift he had intended to give his beloved wife. He needed the key first, and then he could open it, and show her how much she meant to him.
"Yeah, we're doing ok- Naomi! I'll get that, you just sit down! No, you' got little ones! I can do it for you!" Lou chuckled. Naomi always was very determined and stubborn. But she loved him. Even though he couldn't go to the'Big World' He was happy living here, with Naomi who made everything worth while. "It's all ready. I'll be waiting near our family statue." Lou said back to the phone.
"You got it brother!" Ox respond. Lou hung up the phone and walked to the meeting space that he informed Ox about. When he reached the family statue, he found Ox and Naomi standing in front of it in the exact positions that they were in the statue replica of the three of them. Lou smiled nervously at his wife who obviously was happy to see him. He took his spot next to them and pulled out the small silver key. He found the key hole which ironically was inside the center of the heart near the words on the bottom of the statue. He put the key in it and turned it. At first nothing happened. A minute later, the ground opened up behind the statue to reveal a glass domed building.
"Shall we?" Lou said, taking Naomi's hand. He led her to the building, and Ox opened the front door. Naomi gasped as she stepped inside.
"Oh my doll, Lou! How did you...for me...?" Naomi cried. Lou nodded yes, and she kissed him. "This is amazing!" In front of her as well as all around her was a greenhouse of sorts that was like the hanging gardens of Babylon. Clear, clean running water poured down on one end like a small waterfall. "I love it Louis!" Naomi said happily. Lou turned to her, and turned her head to face him.
"Can you forgive me?" Lou asked her. Naomi looked back to the gardens. " I'll always forgive you, because I'll always love you, Lou."
