ella's POV:

After this morning's incident I couldn't think properly, I didn't drop Luna off at school, I took her down to the beach house and left her at my aunts house for a bit, she couldn't go to school or be alone so I took her somewhere I'd knew she'd be safe

I asked my aunt on advice, and she told me to face my demons head on. To go to Vegas and walk into my father's house. I mean they already found me, what's left? For rain to say something, and have the entire Ramirez army come down to California? No, that won't happen.

My daughter will not be taken from me, nor will she be used as blackmail for me to head back home.

I pulled into my driveway, and there was a car parked outside of my house. It's started. There's no going back the second I get off this car, I've prepared for 4 years, I'm as ready as I'll ever be.

I turned off my engine, and unlocked my doors. I simply opened up my driver door and stepped off, I walked with dignity to my front door, once I stepped into my house I started packing for myself and Luna, luckily I knew their next moves. My aunt has the same private plane company as the Ramirez' and McCann so once I told her the news she booked my flight immediately, they had no chance of getting to California today, and I already had a flight booked to Vegas, so why not take my shot?

after getting everything Luna and I needed for about a week, I headed out of my beloved home and hopped back into my car and drove off to the beach house.

It was a quick drive down to the house, there was no traffic, everyone was at work so there were no cars on the highway

I finally arrived and got off the car and headed inside only to find my little baby sitting there playing with her Barbies, and my aunt was sitting with her husband on the dining room table

"Tia, I'm leaving in about 20 minutes, I packed Luna a bag and brought some her snacks over as well. I'll be gone for tops a week, when I come back I'll tell you the end result of all of this. Just please keep Luna Camila safe tia, that's all I want. And if something happens to me, my daughter goes to you okay?" I explain to my lovely aunt

"Yes, baby I understand, I'll do everything in my power to keep that little girl safe, she will be fine Mija, just be careful for the sake of your daughter" she replied with a sense of hope

I turned to look at my beautiful little smart baby and made my way towards her

"Hola cariño, what are you doing" I questioned the tiny girl

"I'm playing with my barbies mama" she said without even looking my way

"Okay then babe, look I'm going to go on a trip for a few days, while I'm gone tia Angelica is going to take care of you, you won't go to school this week you're just going to chill here at the beach house okay, also baby I love you and I'll see you as soon as I can" I said to her

"Okay mama I love you too, now can I get a besito before you go?" she replied and I simply nodded while I gave my daughter a kiss on her for head

I got up said my goodbyes and walked out.

*four hours later*

I've finally arrived to Vegas, after I left my aunts house I made my way to the airport and immediately got on the Plane to fly over here we landed about 20 minutes ago now I'm just waiting for my Uber to take me to my destination, it's been 4 years since I've been here. 4 long years.

My Uber had finally pulled up to pick me up, he had the address already so there was no need for me to give it to him. It was a very short car ride, 20 minutes to be exact, and then we had finally arrived.
