It's my turn again! -xxx- Eliza
The first thing I do as I open the door is letting everything fall down my body parts, my bag, just everything. As I lay flat on the floor thinking about my new prince charming I suddenly feel a kick to my head. As it hit I jump up, kick the person who kicked me with a hard hit in the stummach, punch him or her in the face and forcefully grab him or her by his or her arm turn him or her so that I can pull the hand to the head. Just like cops do in movies.
'Auch, auch! You stupid bitch! Let me go!' It's just stupid Gwendolyn, she was adopted and turned by one of my aunts.
I ask 'Are you stupid, why did you kick me? You know I'm stronger than you, and you learned the hard way. I geuss you are stupid after all. What a surprise!' Clearly that was sarcastic.
'I'm not stupid! You are!'
'Wow, how very not childish.'
'Why do you hate me?' Why does she always make a bigger problem out of everything? It's not like I don't hate here, beleive me I do. But it's just the way she says things.
'Elizabeth, get of your nice.' Uncle John walks in, uncle John is married to aunt Whilma, they've been married for fifthy years now, but they don't have any children. I geuss they just like to boss other children around and not their own.
'Why should I? She's not even my real cousin.' I protest.
'You musn't say such things!'
'Well I just did.'
Gwendolyn is feeling left out so she shouts trough the conversation 'Uncle John,' Again! That naggy, disturbing voice! I can't stand it. 'Eliza said she hates me.' That is just so untrue, I never said that. Well at least not out loud.
'I never said that!' I protest. But uncle John ignores me once again.
'Now, now, I am sure Lizzie never ment that.' In all hopelessness uncle John tries to cheer Gwyndolyn. I can't let that happen!
'Oh, hell yes I mean it. Although I never said it out loud.'
And yet uncle John still ignores me, so I diside to go to my room. As I come in my dad is sitting on my sofa in my mini living room reading a book.
'You had a fight again?' My dad asks.
'Yes, it was a good one too.' I joke.
'Sit down Lizzie, we need to discuss something.' He puts away his book and waits for me to come and sit, but first I fill a glass with blood group O for myself. When I sit fown I notice a very serious look on my fathers face.
'I have been noticing that you are not very happy with the situation in our colony. I believe you would like more children of your age in our colony.' It is serious.
'Yeah, I geuss so.'
'That is why,' Oh no, he has an idea, those never work out.'I want you to pick out a mortal of your age to be adopted by your aunt Bess and uncle Josh.' What? How can he say something like that?
'Dad, they're not puppys, you can't just pick one and then take it home!' I am really dissapointed in my dad.
'I know sweetie, I know, but I can't watch you grow up with no friends in your own family and no friends at school.'
'Dad, it's okay, really. Besides, how would we know if Bess and Josh like him or her.' My aunt Bess and uncle Josh are the youngest adults in our colony they are about fifthy years old, do keep in mind that after thier twenty-fourth vampires don't age.
'You're right.' He says. 'Now get me a glass of AB, won't you?'
'Sure dad.' I say with a smile.
