My alarm begins beeping. I slowly open my eyes and am greeted by the risen sun in my window. I turn over and turn off my alarm.

Things are groggy for a second before I remember what happened the night before and all of the pain comes back.

But then I remember that Hyuck was here. I open my eyes wide and look around. All I find is one of my pillows in my arms.

"Great! Mark, you're going crazy. Hyuck is gone, there's no way he actually came and visited you last night," I whisper to myself as I throw the pillow into his side.

I push myself out of bed and into the shower. By showering I hope to freshen up and hopefully wash some of my pain away.

Once I finish I get out, feeling no different and throw on some simple clothes. I hadn't dressed nicely in a while. My heart wasn't in it.

I take one last look at our bed. The only side unturned was his. He wasn't here. He never was. I sigh before I walk out and shut the door.

I walk out of my apartment and down the stairs, I needed a walk today.

The coffee shop wasn't very far from the apartment building and I really needed some coffee.

I walk inside and the comforting scent of coffee beans overtakes me, along with the warmth. Though, my heart grows heavier. Hyuck and I had so many dates here. Our first date was here actually. Damn, I really need to find a new coffee shop.

I walk up to the register and order, not looking up as I pull out my wallet.

"Name," the deep voice of the worker asks. I look up and catch his face.

He was gorgeous. He had thick, blonde hair, big eyes, and glasses that made him look even more adorable. He was quite tall, much taller than me.

"Mark," I say quietly, blown away by his beauty.

"Your order is two dollars, Mark," he says with a polite smile. Many people have smiled at me but this felt different and I liked the way he said my name.

I hand him the money as he hands me the change. I go and take my seat by the window, waiting on the coffee.

Something catches my eye. I look over to see someone closely resembling Hyuck sitting outside. He had the same hair color, same adorable face, even same posture.

I blink a few times but the person remains the same. It wasn't an illusion.

I quickly get up and walk outside. He looks up and smiles his signature smile. I guess last night was real. But, how?

"What are you doing here? I thought you'd have to leave by now," I ask, confused.

"I was supposed to but, I wanted to make sure I wasn't leaving you alone," he says with a innocent smile.

"What? How did you know?"

"Because Mark, spirits see and feel everything. I know."

There is silence between us.

"Mark, please, go be happy. I want it for you. You deserve it," Donghyuck says, earnestly. I think about it for a moment. The future. Everything that will come after this grief. After Hyuck. It doesn't feel right without him.

"I'll try," I say finally, pulling myself out of the mystery.

"That's all I ask Markie. I think your coffee is ready," he says pointing through the window of the coffee shop. He could see the lid being placed on the hot drink.

"Goodbye Hyuck," I say turning to meet Donghyuck's eyes. I didn't want the moment to end.

"Goodbye Mark," Donghyuck says with a wide smile, behind it hid sadness. This was the last time we'd ever see each other again.

I shake off all the sad feelings before stepping back inside and hearing my name being called. I quickly walk over to grab my cup.

I finds something unexpected though. A phone number.

"Call me sometime," the cute barista says with a smile. I just smiles back widely.

I take a sip of my coffee as I exit the building with a smile on my face. This time, no  was waiting outside.

I would be in pain for a while. It was tough to lose someone but I would learn to heal, like everyone else.
