The trio led their group through the treacherous stretch of woods . They slowed to a stop as the building came into view. Roman looked around at the war torn city as his heart sank. Buildings that they had seen days ago were piles of rumble. Mangled bodies of those whose lives were lost littered the streets. A few civilians wondered the area calling out the names of loved ones as helicopters flew over. Bombs detonating could be heard out in the distance. The dust and sand settled on their skin, rubbing it raw with movement.

The men hugged the building tight as two men followed Roman around to the back. The other one followed Dean and Seth around front. The groups vigilantly scanned the perimeter with their weapons drawn. There were no signs of any guards. Roman's brow raised with suspicion as he thought back to the videos they saw. One of his men lowered his weapon and placed the explosive charge on the door. The detonator was activated and within seconds a loud blast cut through the air. The impact forced the door open. Roman held his gun at attention as he watched the door swing back with his trigger finger ready for action. The other stood over his shoulder and tossed in a flash grenade. Sparks flew around the room before a smoky haze filled the air. The men entered quickly and ensured their area was clear.

Roman led his men through the abandoned warehouse. The group searched each room as they attempted to locate the place they were keeping the hostages. Roman approached a corner and peeked around the corner as he heard indistinct chatter. His men followed close behind. He took one hand and lifted two fingers to show that there were two men that he saw guarding the door.  He placed both hands back on his gun as he went back to check their position.

Meanwhile, Dean and Seth lead their small group through the front entrance. The area was quiet as they navigated their way towards where Roman and the rest of the team were. As they surveyed the area, they discovered that the area was clear. Dean raised a brow in suspicion as he looked over at Seth. "This place is empty, what the hell is going on? This isn't anything like what we studied last night. Something is wrong." He mumbled to Seth. Seth remained quiet as he continued to follow the path. Suddenly a loud clank was heard as their heads swiveled, searching for the source. Dean's bright blue eyes widened as he caught glimpse of one of the guards. Yelling ensued as the guard tried to warn the others. The other guard opened fire in response. Seth returned fire to cover his men as they followed the guards.  One of the assailants fell to the ground as berry red blood oozed from his chest and pooled around him.  As the gun fire continued bodies began to accumulate. Dean spotted the guard out the corner of his eye as they continued to make their way towards the rest of the team. Dean squeezed his trigger as the guard reached for his weapon. The bullets ripped through his chest before it lodged itself into the wall. The man's large frame slid slowly down the wall as his blood dripped down the wall. Dean kicked away his weapon as they passed him

Roman heard the commotion and peeked around the corner once more.  The guards were approaching quickly. They were heavily armed with guns ready for action. Roman realized that the commotion had gotten their attention as well and they were quickly headed his way. Roman timed it perfectly and lead the ambush. He opened fire before the men had time to react. Bodies littered the hall as they continued down the hall. Seth's group joined with Roman's. "Good man? We're all good?" Seth asked as they linked up. Roman nodded as Seth looked at each man to ensure they were all accounted for. Now that they were all back together, Seth took the lead as they continued to search the rest of the facility.

The group moved on from the main floor down to the dark basement area. The room was nearly pitch black and moisture was in the air. The building creaked and groaned with age. A thin layer of water covered the floor as they surveyed the area. There was a metallic scent that filled the air along with a horrid stench. This had been the area from the videos where hostages had been tortured and ultimately killed in previous failed extraction missions. There was an uneasy feeling that came across all of them as they heard faint screaming.

They scanned the room for the source of the noise and ultimately discovered where it was coming from. The noise became louder as they approached the corner. Shelving and metal crates blocked the area off. The men worked together to move the heavy items. They grunted as they pushed the shelving to the side. The door had been revealed. Roman kicked the door down as the others filed into the small room. They ransacked the room looking for the source of the screaming to find there was nothing there. Dean tossed his gun to the ground as he kicked over the chair. "This is fucked up man! What is this shit?! There's no one- what the hell is going on?! You led us here under the impression that we were supposed to be rescuing- where are they Seth?!" He shouted as Seth looked between them. "I'm sure there's an explanation for this." He replied as Roman found the recording that was used to trick them. His heart sanked as the reality settled in. "We were set up. There's no one here, somebody needs to confess and tell me what the hell is going on. NOW!" He roared as he glared at his teammates.
