Ch4|| Awkward

Rainbows Pov:

I don't want to go to school today. After yesterday I just don't. Why does Lightning dust have to be so mean. But I have to. 😣😭

I get to school and I head to my first period. Well, not exactly. I don't head to my first period because our teacher doesn't open the door right away so I just walk around. I see lightning dust so I walk to my right instead. Then I see Soarin. Now I have no way to walk to. I guess I'll get to class. Right when I was about to go in, I turn around to see if I see Pinkie or Suprise but I don't.

I notice Soarin is looking at me. Uh. Weird. Very weird. Why is he even looking at me? Oh wait. Am I looking at him now. No dash. Don't. Look away. Look away before we make eye contact! Oh shoot. Eye contact.

" RAINBOW" I hear the pinkie cheery girl, Pinkie shout.

" Pinkie. You're here. Yes!!!" Then Soarin and I stop making eye contact. Finally the awkwardness ends ( A/N trust me dash. There's even more awkward moments soon. You two are eventually going to have to- Wait. I can not spoil the next chapters.)

" Let's go inside!"

" Alright"

Soarins Pov:

First Period. English. Ms. Pearl. Rm 22. I'm bored. I'm waiting for my friends to get here. Where can they be? 

" I'm here"

" Me two!"

" Sorry!"

" What time is it?"

 Yep. Those were my friends.  Wave Chill, Rapidfire, Discord, and not my friend. Just my cousin Spitfire asking the time.

" It's alright and its 7:39 Fire Girl"

" Don't call me that!"

Fire girl walks away from my friends and I. She goes to the end of the line.

" So, Whassup?" I ask my friends

" Not much" Discord replies" I'm planning to annoy Trixie, play a prank on Twilight, borrow a pencil from you, talk to Fluttershy-"

" not much. Really!" Rapid fire says

" Im not done!" Discord shouts.

Discord keeps on talking about what he's going to do. I stopped listening when he got to the " Throw a bucket of water on the fashionistas " part when I saw a certain Rainbow maned girl. I looked at her. I don't know why. 

She then turned around and saw me look at her. Turn away. Turn away! Maybe she hasn't noticed you've been looking at her. Turn away immediately Soarin Skies! Then we make eye contact. Too late. Wait. Why am I still looking at her. Cause she's -

" Soarin! Are you even listening to me" I hear someone say. I forgot who I was even talking to. Where am I? 

" Are you looking at Dash again" Wave asked.

Oh. Yeah. I'm at school. 😒

" Ooh. You're staring at your girlfriend." Rapid fire tells me.

" I wasn't. And Rainbow isn't my girlfriend. We don't even talk so shut up Rapidfire" 

Rapid fire. He's still teasing me. After all these years. That's the reason Rainbow and I stopped being friends.  When will he stop screaming Soarindash to my ear. 

Rainbows Pov:

During Lunch:

" Race ya Rares!"

" You know I can't run in heels"

" Well then wear sneakers( the best shoes ever. So comfy)"

" No. Never."

" 321 go!" Twilight yells.

I run as fast as I can. Why am I racing Rarity anyways. Don't know. I'm almost to the CHS P. E area. Just a little more. Ahh. Soarin!!! You're going to fast dash. You're gonna bump into him! Go slow. Phew. I go slow. Then when I finish passing by Soarin I run fast again.

" Done!" I shout to myself cause Rarity wasn't even behind me. She just stayed where Twilight, AJ, Pinkie, Fluttershy and Sunset were at.

I run back to the start line.

" Seriously Rarity!"

" Sorry Darling "

I raced her for nothing. Glad I didn't bump into Soarin. That would've been awkward. Very awkward. What would he say.

Sorry to bump into you stranger!

Bell rings. 

Have to go to class. Bye!

Awkward. Imagine. 

Soarin and dash bumping into each other .

How would that be like. Hmm🤔
