The Letter

Josie POV
I was up early in the morning scared to go to first period because of the kiss.But I knew we had a test so there was no playing sick or missing class.I woke Lizzie up so we wouldn't be late to class like yesterday.I decided to put my hair in a ponytail cause I wasn't feeling it today.We had 15 minutes until class so I decided to get breakfast.When I went there I seen Hope and her talking to Rafael she turned around and we had this quick eye stare before I walked away and left.It was time for class and I had sat next to Hope cause that was are assigned seats.When we we're taking the test I found it really hard and couldn't breathe.I was sweating so much and I was panicking and so scared.I felt a grab and looked down and seen that hope started holding my hand.I should have let go but I didn't and It actually calmed me down and I did the test in a breeze.So I was just sitting there for the 2 minutes we had left when hope tapped on me and said 'read this please'.So when I was walking to my second class I began to read the letter hope gave me.

          Dear Josette,
When you ran away from me yesterday it hurt me.I didn't Dodge your kiss because I didn't like you I was just shocked and you didn't give me enough time to explain.I have had a crush on you for a while now and still do have a crush on you.Please don't push me away because of it and in order for me to know meet me in the library.

Wow hope she likes me to think.I can't believe she like me.I started to blush that whole class period.I looked at the clock the whole time waiting for the bell to dismiss us so I can go meet my hopey in the library.The bell rang and I ran out the class room.As I was walking to the library I was stopped by Penelope(my ex girlfriend).What do you want Penelope I said 'Jojo hi' she said.'I have somewhere to go'I said.'Where' she asked.'Goodbye now'I said leaving.

Hope POV
I was waiting for Josie to arrive when she finally did and when she did I started to get nervous.'Hi hope' josie said as she sat next to me.'sup Jo yo'I said nervously and Josie looked so confused still trying to process what I just said.'I got to women up hope just do it' I thought to myself.'Josie I really like you and I have now for 4 years and when you and penople started dating I got mad at you and myself for not telling you so I stopped hanging out with you but you would still talk to me which kinda made it wrost cause everyday I would see you and her so happy so I just wanted you to be happy so I pushed you away'I said to Josie who was bout to  cry.'Hope I've always liked you and I know how bad this sounds but I dated Penelope as a distraction from you cause I thought hope wouldn't like me so after dating Penelope for 3months I was like this isn't working I still liked you alot and the only person I was hurting was Penelope if I continued using her'Josie finished saying as she started to cry.'Jo why didn't you just tell me' I asked 'The same reason why you didn't say anything'Josie said wiping her tears.'I started laughing and said 'You right'.'Josie I have been meaning tell you that for a while So if you would...like to to bbe my girl-'I started to say until Josie cut me off and said 'Id be honored' 'you dont even know what I was gonna say'I said.'girlfriend lol it was obvious so I stopped you cause I know stuff like that makes you feel mushy and weird' she said I laughed.Then she checked her phone and saw the time'Oh shit I have detention' she said.'I have to go bye'Josie said giving me a kiss on the cheek.'Bye' I said'

Josie POV
When I got to detention I saw Lizzie and I was still kinda mad at her until I looked around the room and saw Mg I went and sat next to him 'why are you here'I asked 'Oh I was caught after curfew by your dad' Mg said 'I nodded 'why are u here' Mg asked'I was late to a class'I respond.I was bored in detention So I started to text hope

'Josie Josie'ms.Tig said trying to get my attention 'Josette'ms.tig said 'What!'I said getting annoyed 'Cant you see I'm trying to tex-'I was saying until I stopped and looked up to see ms.tig 'phone now Josette'ms.tig said 'What no way'I said and she gave me a stare 'Fine' I gave up and said.I sat in the classroom looking at the door day dreaming.I seen hope pass by and she stopped to look in the room and waved she pointed to her phone and mouthed 'why did you stop texting me' I mouthed back 'teacher took my phone' hope smiled and mouthed 'Dork'

*After detention*

I went to my father's office and asked for my phone and he said 'no and just cause the way you acted your grounded no young to see the wickery games or going to parties for 2 weeks and why is hope texting you so much'Said Alaric.
