Explaination: With this quirk, your skin secretes laughing gas into the air around you. This makes your opponent laugh uncontrollably. The gas can go as far as 10 feet away from you as long as your focused on a direction.
Drawbacks: The quirk only goes into effect if the gass is inhaled by your opponent. Your opponent has to have at least the smallest sense of humor, no matter how dark. Without it, the quirk is rendered useless against them.
