Another turning point

A fork stuck in the road...

"Here lays the body of former youtuber, Shane Dawson." Tears rolled down my cheeks. "I miss you. Our daugter is 6 now..I thought you should know." I whispered.

Time grabs you by the wrist and directs you where to go..

"We miss you a lot." I said, looking away. "Collene picked you some flowers." I said, placing them on the grave.

So make the best of this test and don't ask why.

"Our daughter wanted me to put one of these on your grave.." I placed a chocolate chip cookie with a note on it. "But she told me I wasn't allowed to read the note." I smiled slightly and touched Shane's grave with my finger.

It's not a question but a lesson learned in time.

"If I could just hold your hand one more time.."

It's something unpredictable, But in the end it's right..

I hope you had the time of your life.

"Oh, Why did you do it Shane?" I said angrily, tears still pouring down my cheeks.

So take the photographs and still frames in your mind

Hang it on a shelf in good health and good times

Tattoos and memories of good times..

I got up and walked to the car.

For what it's worth it was all worth the while.

It's something unpredictable, but in te end it's right..

"I hope you had the time of your life.." I slammed the car door shut and sped home. Our daughter is at daycare. I grabbed Shane's gun. I scribbled a note down quickly and put it up to my head. "Don't do it." I heard someone say. It sounded oddly like Shane. "Who are you?" I asked. I dropped te gun to my feet. I felt arms wrap around my waist.

"Fuck..Shane, aren't you dead?!" I hissed. "No. Does it feel like I'm dead?" Shane asked me. "Er.. No.." I whispered.

"But.. your body.. The grave.. The child...." I said, turning around immediatly. "A dream. You're about to wake up, ready? You'll be in my arms." A dream?! This doesn't feel like a fucking dream!

That's when my eyes opened. I yawned and looked beside me. Yup.. A dream.. I woke him up carefully. Shane woke up easily. "Morning sunshine." He mumbled.

Literally the saddest thing i've ever wrote. And quite possibley the shortest? XD
